i've got a hard time picking a favorite... i think for the overall story goblet of fire is my favorite... that will probably change after i'm done reading the new one though.

Goblet of Fire would've have been SOOO much better if they had actually SHOWN the Quidditch World Cup...

The movie went through about 6 chapters in 5 minutes.

I wish they would make a two part Harry Potter movie. Weren't they originally going to make GoF in two parts??

Order of the Phoenix movie is gonna be way stripped down. They had trouble fitting a lot of Prisoner of Azkaban into the movie version, and that's 1/2 the length of OotP.

Definitly. The movie should have been two parts. I hope they don't cut so much in the new movie.

alright i watched 1 and 2 yesterday to re cap, 3 is on today dunno about 4 its on abc family if you want to watch it. 5 PM i think and the next one is at 8 o clock PM, cant wait! oh and they give you LOADS of sneak peaks of number 7 , i feel like i already know everything thats going to happen

well yea ive read the book too, but i mean its different from the book. its just how they play it out ya know. its always different than what you see in your mind when you read.

I hate the movies with a burning passion. I watched the first one and it sucked. Now as I'm rereading all the books to prepare for the 7th (started yesterday, finished first, barely started second) I picture the movie characters in my head as the book goes along. Especially during dialogue. Ugh, it's gross!

im not a big fan, and i think i missed one in the middle, but i read the last one and im pretty sure Harry has to die. you know those things that voldemort stuck his soul in that need to be destroyed? I bet Harry is one of them cause his scar and all that, and to kill voldemort he's going to have to off himself.

i cant beleive im discussing harry potter in a footbag forum. lol.

I haven't read the books in years... I think I read up to the 4th one because I was sick in bed and my mom raided a B&N and brought home shitloads of books.

nope not his father. his parents both got killed by voldemort but harry being the 'boy who lived', survived. no harry wants his vengance.

I'm just saying... that seems like the cliche move to make. Evil guy is hero's father, a la darth vader? Didn't particularly care for the books when I read them, thus why I havn't read any of the others.
