Scissors feels the coolest, so everyone wants to throw scissors all the time.

Paper feels lame, and needs to be consciously decided upon before the throw.

Rock is the bail that mostly balances out the scissors.

The game is all about throwing paper when your opponent bails to rock.

That is because there is money in the sport. People pay to play.

It is an offshoot off poker. People pay to get into the tournament, like a poker tournament and then the top finishers win a portion of the purse, and of course the house takes a cut.

If anything I think this proves that footbag WILL attain mainstream success.

I am not sure how the title conclusion was drawn, but it seems to indicate to me that if something stupid and pointless can get big then so can something legitimate like footbag.

Ok, I understand that the Farmer would kill the Cow and that the Cow would eat the Grass... but how the hell does the Grass own the Farmer?
