yeah! thats what i have, and its spelled tendinitis. Its an inflammation in the tendon, take some ibuprofen(aka Advil or MotrinIB... two really works for me) around 30min-1h before a session and ice it(after the pills) before and after a session for at least a good 30mins. I feel just a tiny bit of pain when i play, but it would be worse if i didn't ice or take ibuprofen. I told my doctor its been hurting for months, on and off, and she said its okay, as long as i ice it to stop the swelling.

You shouldve come fishing today. I went to a new lake and caught big bass, they probably have a state record in there. You couldve helped row when the trolling motor died and I got blown onto the shore, I had to ditch the boat and walk.

you coulda waited in the boat and they brought a big inflatable zodiac motor boat to tow you back. Or you coulda fished ghetto style with a bobber or livebait from shore. When I had tendinitis it took about a month to stop hurting, but 6 or 7 weeks until I could play regularly.

It took Josh about 2 months to heal up when he had knee problems.

But we're old farts compared to you, you'll probably heal faster.
