hehe thanks for reading my footblog Milo.
I did better drill with fairy duckings and I have it on tape, but now it's kind of secret ;D . You will see it on our video.
i think you'll hit this drill tomorow
I don't think that. Now I need few days of rest becouse I'm very tired and I feel pain in all parts of my body (weather is bad too :P). Today I'm going to give back the camera to my uncle, it's end of records. I'm happy because on last few shreds I was thinking only about hitting new, hard stuff, not about technique and progress. Now it's time to come back to normal shreds. My next aim is Fairy Everything drill. First two 'underdrills' (mirages and leg overs) I do dropless almost always. If I school up illusions and pick ups I will do it soon. :)

oh I forgot to write this post earlier.
Our video - Koxiarski Shred is already finished. Together with Woras we seted it up two days ago. On polish footbag forum it got lots of positives comments and I'm happy because I like when people value my work.

Here is link to video:
http://www.footbag.org/gallery/show/11777

Yesterday I had two shreds - first at 16 o'clock in park, but it was very short because of wind, and second at 21 o'clock in my room. I was playing to 23:30. It was barefoot shred and I was generally training symposiums, fairies and hard delayes (deep controlled). I repaired my flipside fairy, now it's good as strongside. I did few times also string symp. mirage >fairy leg over on my flipside. I observed too barefoot game is great for correct technique mistakes. I will play more barefoot in future.
Now dinner and next I'm going on shred. Bye

Three hours ago I finished my today's shred. Weather sucks so it was pretty short and cold training. On start I did few nice runs (now, with good fairy on flipside my runs are longer and nicer). Next i was training genearlly Atomics. I hit
 Tapping Leg-over b2b
and
 Tapping Illusion BS

Tapping leg over was my small dream since few weeks, Tapping Illusion I did for fun, but it's cool trick, I will use it in my comboses.

After shred I drew my leg hehe :D and it's all today :P

Yesterday I had great shred! I can name it "shred of first try" or something like this, because all new things I have done were done in first attempt. First I tried to do challenge from DeMo. It was Alpine flo B2B. I dropped on strong and flip alpine flo (it were first tryes in my life). Next I tryed to do it b2b and unawares I hit it. I was so happy. Afterwards I did few combos and I tryed to do eggbeater on flipside. Again I cought it to hand! Second portion of happiness. Third was drill fairy pick-up>nallegam>rpt also in first try. It wasn't difficult but on few last shreds and I wanted to do it. In next few hours I was playing in circle with Woras. I was training generally atomics. It was end of this shred.
At 20 o'clock Woras wanted to go on second training in this day. I agreed. We were playing on artificial-grass playground to 22 o'clock. Few good runs, nothing new.
Today I have big leavens on back and thighs, I'm going to have a rest.

Traditional table of results:
 Alpine FLO B2B
 flipside Eggbeater (at last ! ;P )
 Fairy pick-up>Nallegam>rpt (next step to Fairy Everything)
:)

Uh... I'm so tired and my brain doesn't agree writing this post but I'm Kox and I will win with my lazy mind. ;P

Yesterday together with Woras, Dziados, and Cukier I went to Katowice city on meeting of footbag players from Sillesia and nears. Journey to Katowice was pretty nice - reggae music from MP3 loudspeakers, beer, good humores. In Katowice we were at 12:40 a.m., we waited few minutes with other players for last guy who arrived and we went to shred - place. On meeting were about 15 players. Inter alia - Ners, Rożo, Franek. We were playing nice shred for 4 hours (in little shadow, weather on this day was inncredible hot). In half of shred I got stomachache, but it still wasn't bad.
Home-coming was awful. About 5 hours of sitting in train, [3 hours] without water. There was be hotter and more airless than outside. I didn't know what to do with myself. On last I got insane. When I came back to home I ate a supper and I went to bed. yess

Today hole of day I spent on swimming pool. Weather was hotter than yesterday. From footbag news: I had four shreds. Three, short on swimming pool and one bigger near my home. When I was playing on pool I started the new way of my game. Now I use lot of difficult (for me) trick in runs. For example today I hit Glaucoma midrun, ducking symp. mirage midrun, atomsmasher strongside midrun (few times). I felt it's so much better than in past, but it tires me more. It's good. I like to be tired because of sick shred  I feel it now and I'm going to sleep soon... :)

Next hole day spent on swimming pool. Today I took two 1,5 L bottles of water, specially on shred (yesterday, after three hours I hadn't any drink :? ). I had two nice shreds. I thought that, after yesterday's four shreds I won't have energy today, but it wasn't true. Like yesterday I was good-formed and I was doing hard (for me) stuff in runs. The most concret thing I have done was drill:
 Tapping Leg-over>Fear>Rpt.
Which was suprise for me, because I did it in first try today (day before I was trying it for long time, I think it was result). This drill brought me good mode on rest of day. I'm happy too because I see my atomics are getting better, atomsmasher strongside isn't any problem (also in run), flipside will equal soon. :)

About 7 days ago I came back from holidays at Baltic and after two days I went on holidays again. Since five days I'm in London. It's second time in my life, last year I was here for three weeks. I'm coming back to Cieszyn 21 Aug and next I'm again going away, but this time on Polish Footbag Championships (24-26 Aug).
From my last footbag results:
Holidays at sea:

 Ripwalk BS
 Schomoe BS
 Stepping far LO BS i BSOS
 Butterfly>Schomoe>rpt - in first attempt! It was luck or something but I was so pleased.
 Blur BS, Fairy Beater>Blur on strongiside
 DLO>Eggplant on flipside - my first DLO>Atomic... string on flipside
 flo>symp mirage>rpt with difficult string on flipside

Hi. Thanks for comments.
Cod wrote:But I think it's time to school Stepping and Pixie. What do you think?
I'm not going to school Pixie now, and in the future. One, prefect, basic set is enough for me. I learn steppings, You see, but it doesn't satysfaction me as for example atomics. Steppings - ok, but toe 2 toe game always has priority :D

Today I have registred on Polish Footbag Championships. I had little problem, because I didn't know what to choose - Inter or Open? I think I'm not so good to Open and a lil too good to Inter. Finally I chose Intermediate. I hope it's good choice and it'll be 'fair play'.

Last shred was (from last post) was so big and tyring, I felt it just after it. On next day, in the morning I got little hemorrhage from nose, and second, huge in the afternoon, when I was playing barefoot in a park. I lost lots of blood and I got little vertigo because of it. It's third day without shred. In free time I evolved my routine on MP. I think it's very nice, now I must school it to perfect and show it in dropless issue on competitions... hehe dreams :P

Two days ago I had little barefoot session and I hit:
 Ducking symposium mirage on my flipside (very pleased)
and
 symposium mirage>dlo on flipside too :P

Yesterday I was playing bigger shred and it was awful. I hadn't technique, I hadn't condition, I hadn't anything. For 20 minuts I was HITTING basics... I came back to home very angry and desperated.

Today I had to repair myself - Three-hours session in a park, spent generally on basics, drills, control and stuff like this. The concret result from this shred was drill  FLO>Fairy ss LO>rpt. x7,5. Rest was only repairing activitions. Now I feel good and I think that in three next days I will come back to form.

hehe, thanks for commenting Milo. I think, when I will be good t2t player, learning clip2clip game won't be problem for me, so now I'm learning t2t :D

Last session was pretty nice:
 FLO>symposium mirage>rpt second time in my life :P
 fairy ss mirage>eggplant>rpt (easy, but I have never done it)
 Ducking symposium mirage flip (in boots now)
 Guillotine>ducking symposium mirage (in first try)
 Ducking symposium mirage>flo>run + almost BSOS
 PS mirage flipside, but I didn't catch the footbag to hand :P
 ducking far butter b2b
I was very close to FLo>DLO>eggplant>rpt, but only in first attempt, every next was worse.

Janis, couple time ago I have wrote, I'm not going to learn pixie. About quantum - yesterday I did this set one time (clean) but nothing else, and only on strongside. First atomics, next quantums.

Few hours ago I have arrived from Polish Footbag Champs. It was cool event!! Respect and greetings for everyone with who I was talking, shredding or something :)
I have started in Intermediate freestyle, there was about 17 people, and I was 3rd :D I'm pretty proud of this and now I'm ready to start in Open free :)

From shred highlights I did:
 pdx DLO BS
 fairy beater>pdx egg(new)>almost ducking symp mirage
 toe massacre (mayby little toey, but few times)

And it's all. I won't write hole realtions and experiences form this contest, because it could be an torture for me (because of language :P ). Now I need few days of rest and thinking. 1123345667 :D

Today I had little session in the park. There came Cukier (he is better and better, tdoay he did whirl few times), GM (new player, he does Smear 8/10 and basics like leg over, mirage etc., he is not tall but I think he will be good player if he will keep shredding, he learns very quickly), Bułka (next new player, GM's mate, he also can stuff like his friend, maybe little worse) and Woras.

On a start of shred I was talking co much and giving tips for new players. I think my tips are good, but some people don't understand the important of them, and they are angry when I talk too much, I must change my talk style, or in future I will change in an despot... I don't want to be like this.

Next I was working at my clippers (I got tips from Michał Ostrowski on PL Champs. Now I'm changing almost hole of my clipper delays and all tricks connected with it), I did 7x Osis - my new life record (however I didn't know how many was my last record :P) and few nice runs with steppings, osises, butterflies and things like that. Now they're much easier. Woras was learning new clippers too, at last I saw that his clippers got better, I gave him lots of tips, but none of them was good, new it can change, he must only practise much.

In last time I discovered (or something) that I don't concentrate when I play footbag. On account of my style, technique and lenght of my runs got worse. For repair it I started to concentrate so much before every run and results were visible after few minutes. I took care of it when I was looking on the best players on PL Champs, I think it's one of the most important things when You want to be good player.

Next point of shred was guiltless-runs shred, when I and Woras were playing long guiltless runs (with counting conatacts) with maxymal self-communion. Woras understood concentration problem too, I'm happy because more people understands my philosophy. I hope it will be helpful for them. My longest run was 11, it wasn't good result, because my flipside Fairy got worse (next I repaired it). Woras did 29-contacts combo.

Next (how I wrote higher) I was fixing my flipside, and addly strongside, Fairy. As a repairing I was doing Fairy-tricks records, on both sides. I beat my Fairy ss Lo record from 13 to 15 (it's also actual Polish record, haha), I was close to beat FLO record too, but friends started laughing from something and I had to stop  The best cure for my flip Fairy was Fairy ss LO record done on this side (only 5 lol). Now my Fairy is good again. I want to make it perfect on ducking. Alpine FLO>alpine Fear>rpt is my dram. :P

So long note about one shred, hmm...

Greeeeat shred today. Not so long, but alone and very intensive. First I did 7x Fairy ss LO on my flipside (in first attempt) for continue the fixing activitions from yesterday. When I did it I thought it's enough and I started doing symposium mirages. My 'dream' on today was Fairy ss Symp. Mirage BS (which finally I didn't do :P ), but I hit something different. I saw my symp. mirages feel very good so
 I tried Symp. Mirage>ss symp. mirage>rpt, there were only few attempts and cought it to hand, yess!
Next I wanted to check my DLOs. I did 3x ss DLO very easy I and thought to try Glaucoma. I did it in first try 8O Flipside Galucoma needed two more tries, but it weren't very difficult. Finally I decided to connect it.
 Glaucoma b2b came in second attempt!
It's my first 3dex>3dex and my first 4 add b2b! Addly it's cool trick and this string was one of my dreams. I'm very happy and proud. Third was Gullotine, I wanted to repair my Fairy on ducking. It wasn't problem, both sides Guillotine was comming 8/10. :)
This session was one of the best in my life. Good mode will stay with me for next day or few.

Good mode is still persist! Today I had again session in the park. First, when I was warming up I did Ducking Far LO>ducking osis BS, and osis>far lo>rpt x5, both are shits but I like strings with osises :P Next I hit few runs with my 'new-old' Fairy. They were great because I felt so big control and they were very long and various. The middle of shred I use on school symposiums and DLOs. In the result I hit:
 Fairy ss symp. mirage BS - it's very easy, I din't think that. I' m going to do it b2b
 ss symp. mirage>Fear>rpt. + 1 more conatct
 ss symp. mirage>DLO>rpt - contrary to expetaction it was more difficult than foregoing drill

Now my knees hurt a bit, but I hope tomorrow it'll stop and I will have next great shred.

From yesterday's session:
 ss symp mirage x5
 fairy ss mirage>fairy ss LO>rpt x about 5 (I wasn't counting, but it was so long and my intuition tells me it was 5 :P )

This stuff is bullshit, but I had to write anything for bring my mood up :P

Today new school year has started. great! I promised myself, I will be good student in this year, it will be super-hard, but I hope I will do it!
