Busted drills session

Post by Iron Clad Ben »

I've been schooling guiltless links a lot lately, trying to build a guiltless foundation on top of my tiltless foundation.

I had a session on Wednesday where I dropped on the last contact of a bunch of guiltless drills, many multiple times per drill. It was kinda frustrating. Anyway, I put together this video and called it "busted drills".

I've been working on my form too, trying to get it smoother. I still feel like it's got room for improvement. Please give me comments on form, and any ways I can improve my game.

Thank you

That was sick on the one you had titled as "First Attempt."

I'm going to have "Canary in a Coalmine" in my head all day now.

I think your clipper form is looking better, but sometimes it isn't. Keep working on that.

Otherwise, lookin' good.

I enjoyed it. I liked all the added frustration. 8 P I agree though, your Clipper/Butterfly form has improved a shit-ton. You still have room for improvement though, as does everybody. Try timing your Clipper delay so the bag makes contact when your support leg lands, it will help make a smoother transition I think. As opposed to having your support leg land and then going into the cushioning. So kind of meld them together. I think that makes sense... You are actually doing just that quite a bit. Just stay on it. :D Great stuff though man. The Ducks and Spins were really clean as well.

Hahahaha, dude, i saw myself soooo much in that video. I always drop on the last contact in those same kinda drills.... It's almost eerie really how close our games are, ss butter>infinity (rpt), duck clipper>infinity>infinty (rpt), the heavy bop (rpt) drill, I always drop on the last contact too, and i always make an absurd gesture afterwards as well. :P Anywho, your game is looking good, I really hope that I can some day play with you.

Peace
