L.A. to Orlando

Post by philo~! »

Im getting my tickets to worlds, but is proving to be a bit of a hastle and quite expensive.

I have almost got everything booked but my travel agent is saying an internal flight from L.A. to Orlando is going to be very expensive($450NZ) due to availability here in New Zealand or some crap like that.

Apparently if someone with an American address books them for me it would be much much cheaper. (or direct me to a site where i can get some cheaper flights)

It would be much appreciated if someone could help me out so I can save on travel costs!

Thanks very much,

Phil, I'd love to help get you here. The best I can do is to recommend travelocity.com, priceline.com, or expedia.com. I'm assuming that since it's the internet, a valid credit card will get you the same good deals wherever your signing on from. Also if you need a room, mine still has space. (I'm in the onsite hotel complex.) Best of luck!

Those are the sites I suggest as well.

Edit: Mike Hansen suggests Kayak.com.

For LA based flights specifically, gatewaylax.com has excellent prices.

In general, I recommend you use www.sidestep.com. This site enters your trip data in 10 sites at once (including expedia and orbitz), so you can find which sites have the best price.
