who read every single post in every single thread. Modified was pretty much my social circle. That slowly changed once I got a life and met people here in California. Now I have a job, a hunky boyfriend (:oops: why don't we have a throw-up emoticon yet?), and I'm transferring to the University of California in Santa Cruz in the Fall.

Mike Hansen will take over my active role in moderating on the forum and he will be the only Admin.

I'm likely to voice my opinion when I think things need to be addressed or dealt with in a different way on the forum. It's always easier to tell someone what's wrong when you don't have to be a part of figuring out how to fix it.

Emily did so much work behind the scenes, it really was incredible. For people who aren't mods, it may be hard to appreciate, but Emily really was the best administrator I've seen on modified. Always professional, always cool headed, always democratic. Modified owes her a huge debt of gratitude. I hope she comes back one day, but if not, thank you for the amazing job you have done.

thanks so much emily!!! you definately did more than you had to... and dealt with more than you had to. there are some people who treated you like crap throughout your volunteering, but i really appreciate you. youre so awesome.
