I watched Vasek's final routine but there was no sound. Did anyone else have this problem?

Not that I care but I do think it's weird that 3 people got inducted into BAP. How many BAP players were at the tournament? I know that worlds is not in Europe this year but it has been for the past 2 years. If I knew we could induct players at any tournament I would have voted David "the Raven" Clavens into BAP last year when he won the U.S. Open. No offense, but he's waaaaaay better than the 3 who just got inducted.

So I want to vote Dave in now. Dave your in BAP. Your name comes from Lord of the Rings. Dave "Bilbo Baggins" Clavens

That was probably told in a sarcastic way. So tell me, don't you think it's a bit unfair to induct players only at Worlds? For example, this year the Worlds will be in Florida. Almost every player I talked to in Wien said that they won't be able to make it.
So now we have incredible players, who deserve the membership in BAP, but won't get the chance...just because some people think less of Euros? Statements like yours only widen the gap between US and Europe.
If I misunderstood your statement, I apologise...
You are assuming something totally wrong. I have nothing against Europe, or Euros. If anyone has suffered from the "only at worlds" rule, it is me. You obviously have no clue what your talking about, and I mean that in the nicest way possible.

I am a humble guy and I do not play footbag to be in a special club. I am not going to list the times I beat multiple BAP players and no one ever thought of inducting me.

later.

The community can pretty much tell who is elite and who isn't. The whole system is basically useless anyway. I don't see the point in bickering over treehouse clubs.

Guys, BAP was founded when you was did't even know about footbag, by players you maybe will never see. So it's not your deal to talk to much about "whether there should be such a club". Let it to the players who are in BAP

If I misunderstood something, i apologise... " :P "

So let's just talk about Euros

PS - david, hope it gets better with your back.

There were 10 active bap players at euros, which is more or at least the same amount of active bap players that usually meet at worlds to decide. We also were not really sure if we should do that but the players were just so amazing that it was almost a duty to induct them. We were also pretty modest because we could have taken like 5 players without problems, the level was just so amazing, you cannot tell at all from the videos...
If any bap player who was not there feels offended by that I can explain it to him at wolrds and I am sure everyone will understand it after.

Hey Maciek and Marcin, sorry about that. Actually Kamil didnt have 137 but 157, so he placed second. there must have been a mistake in tiping the results from the sheets into the computer. really sorry about that.
cheers, paul

no offense, but if the level of shred was so high, why was the highest shred 30 score 178? Was it calculated wrong or was it just bad execution by everyone?

Shred30 finals were held at 1:30 AM I guess, and every body get drunked already. 3 players have falled down on stage while shreding. I just did't know about finals this night, so i just did't competed

So just do not count this shred30 results

It's not about whether there should be such a club. As you said, BAP has been around for a long time. It's about who gets inducted and where it should happen.

Here are the original members of BAP

* Kenny Shults (The Enforcer)
* Peter Irish (The Executioner)
* Rick Reese (Rippin')
* Dennis Jones (D-Money)
* Tim Kelly (The Stik-Man)
* Dimitri Kavouras (Celsone)
* Joey Schaffer (Za-Za)

I've met 5 out of 7 of these guys. How many have you met Sergey? And my only complaint is that people like Clavens haven't got inducted. I guess if there was 10 BAP members at Euros it's ok. I know at least 10 BAP members that agree Dave "buttercup" Clavens should be in. So if it doesn't have to be at worlds, can't we just vote online? Here's 1 vote for Dave. In fact, you're not in BAP, you're in SUPER BAP Dave. I just created SUPER BAP. And Dave is the first inductee. I'll be sending you your SUPER BAP temporary tattoo. Once applied you can never take another shower. You will stink, that way when you walk into a room, everyone will smell you.
