Free Running
Has anyone heard of Parkour/free running? I met some people who are into it today, looks interesting.

I think this is the first time the search function has ever worked perfectly for me.

That is some crazy stuff. If you like this kind of stuff you should check out the movie District 13. Alot of the best Freerunners were in this movie. Also, a guy who used to live here in Iqaluit for while was the large drug dealer in one of the scenes. I believe reebok or nike used some stuff in some of their commercials.

My brother's friend is the best parkour..ist? in the city. He showed us their DVD where he did, like, triple vaults(?), which I was so impressed by. I didn't watch the video you posted, 'cause I'm at work and I feel awkward about it, but I'm sure it''s much cooler; but it's really neat to watch people you know do it. Sometimes his crew does their thing around where we hack in public.
If I had a non-injured body I would totally be learning flips and stuff. That's cool!
