Okay, to get anywhere in footbag you need all the foundation tricks.

Can you do a string with legover, mirage, illusion and pickup all BSOS?

I also challenge you to 10 tiltless.

Get back to me. :)

clipper-set mirage > mirage > sameside clipper [repeat] >
pdx mirage > sameside mirage > sameside clipper [repeat]

bubba > illusion > sameside clipper [repeat] >
pdx illusion > sameside illusion > sameside clipper [repeat]

far legover > legover > clipper [repeat] >
sameside legover > sameside legover > clipper [repeat]

far pickup > pickup > clipper [repeat] >
sameside pickup > sameside pickup > clipper [repeat]

After that, do them all back-to-back.
This is a drill that Andrew Grant and I do every session (and variants thereof).

Once you hit that change the clips to butters

or change the whole combo to:

infinity> pdx. mirage> legover> ss butterfly> pdx. mirage> legover rpt

lemme tell ya,
smp whirl = easy
rake = easy
smp whirl rake = the smp whirl part is easy, but raking it... that is another story.

I got 2 BOP's one on each side, boy, my osis is weak, not a whole lot of control for osis sets,

this is not a giving up message, this is a I'm just getting started message.

I forgot exactly what you said the drill was in my warm up session so I was trying:

clip>far legover>clip>far legover>clip>mirage>butterfly>mirage>butterfly.

I seperated the string into 2. got both seperately but when I try the full I get:

Clip> far legover> clip > far legover> clip> mirage> butterfly> mira... hit the footbag with my dexing leg, or miss the toe stall. SO CLOSE.

strings are hard, props to all you guys who can bust!

that's pretty much it :D

as for symp whirling rake, I find it easier to start the whirl dex a fraction of a second earlier than normal ;)

how about legover > illusion > rpt?
legover > illusion > atw out-in > rpt

do you use any uptime sets?

hit me back with some challenges ;)
