thanks jeff, it was a blast rooming with you guys!

today i bought a lamp, so that i can stitch a lot better at night, when i have most of my free time.

I had a 3 hour session with jim last night, jim was trying for a pretty crazy drill, but never got it...(that newb)

and i was just working on weak concepts and flipside components, not really any highlights but i had a couple okay run starters..

-tapdown>spinning butter>pdx whirl
-plo>magellan>plo>pixie osis>run
-torque, and drifter, bsos, with lots of torques and drifter following the bsos
-im figureing out barfly finally, hit it 3 times last night
-motion almost bsos like 9875 times, i would start with my weak, and mess up my strong, and then start with my strong, and mess up my weak..i hate that.
-blurry whirl bsos
-11 contact shuffle

not much, but it was an okay session for lasting 3 hours, i need to do more drills, and i need some new ones, maybe i should update my really out of date challenges page....

school is going okay for me right now, its kinda rough because i dont have the want to even drive to the school, and pay for parking, to go sitin a random class for 3 hours, and listen to blah blah blah. But i gotta do what i gotta do i guess ;)

I think my roomate is moving out for good, im not sure yet, but that pretty much tells me that i should be looking for a new roomate.
(its 250 a month and about 100 a month for power/food.)

which isnt bad at all. maybe a shredder should move in... 8)

so i think im bringing a bunch of bags to sjff (around 6 or 7 or so) who wants one?

shred has been good

hit a bunch of new 6 adds

almost hit a the nemisis (the barraging was clean, but the 3rd and 4th dexs were totally the.)

came close to jani sauce

hit food sauce

uhm, other than that not much has been happening, and i kind of feel like a bump on a log.

i have awesome awesome news hopefully within the next coming month or so, but i think a lot of people already know about it.

sjff is going to rock my socks,

crap that reminds me, i need to make a crap load of sponsor bags.

brb modified...brb

edit ok so i came back, i worked on a bag for a little bit, and then decided that my lights in my apt are to dark to actually stitch well, so ill wait until tomorrow morning.

so ive been thinking, my blog has a little over 4k views, and to me that more than i ever thought would look at my blog which is sweet.

lately, ive been devoting so much time to footbag, like, i enjoy it, but i always think "what else could i be doing?" so i think ive decided to work even more on footbag, but in other areas, like i could be more physically fit, and lose around 10-15 lbs, i think that would help a lot, and i also think im going to work on that a lot more. Generally living on my own i tend to lose weight because i dont want to spend the money for a large amount of food, but i dont think starving myself is the solution so starting tomorrow im going to start a running regimin for stamina, and lifting regimine for weightloss, and muscle mass, and stitch a lot more than i have been. I think splitting the regimine so i do running one day and lifting the next day would be my best bet on giving certain parts of my a body a rest every other day, and then ill still go on to kick for 2 ish hours a day.

so thats the plan.

ill let you know how it goes. ;)

peace.

so far the plan is working :) thanks for the luck! Tonight i worked out on the bow flex for about 2 hours, followed by a nice relaxing shower...

so im making a video, not sure when it will be released, but look for it right before or sjff, or sooner depending on how much i film (hopefully more than normal.)

and i think im going to use metal music for pyroman, because i never did before....

sounds like a plan! (still cant wait for sjff)

peace
