Can I compete in Open circle contest anyways? I'm intermediate but I would really like to compete in it.

for each turn, everyone will have a passback if they drop the bag from pass reception through 1st real trick. So if the competitor before you drop his first move, he will pass the bag to you and you will have no choice to give it back to him. (only 1 passback/competitor/turn.) So if the competitor drop again on his first move, you will keep the bag.

is it more clear? post again if it's not.

i guess you mean after you received your passback, so yes. If you try a move and drop it, you will have a passback. Then you can do the move you want, the same or another one.

"-Don’t use basic kicks and stalls mid-run. "

Do butterfly kicks or symp toe stalls fall under this rule is really what I'm trying to ask.
