Just some stuff to clarify -
During Byrin's shred 30, his bag exploded. it blew a stitch... so terrible luck.
Kevin Crowley and Jon Haber had the best routines of the tournament.
Mathieu Gauthier and I are 4th in the world in open doubles freestyle!
I have Tina Aeberli's shoes! (we traded)

i put up a bunch of routines and shred 30's here if anyones interested http://modified.in/footbag/viewtopic.php?t=16989
As you know, Tina had a great score for shred 30: 199.??. I didn't remember if she had dropped or not so after we found out the score I asked if it went as planned. She said she only planned the first 8 moves. She got 199.?? without planning it all out. She is awesome.

Me and Norek have just counted the Shred30 scores of Vasek and Jorden. The results are different then the ones posted. Here are our calculations:
Vasek Klouda
31 contacts
30 unique
137 adds
SCORE: 269,5
Jorden Moir
31 contacts
31 unique
136 adds
SCORE: 272
Why the scores are different? We checked the time call, and Vasek's combo ended at Far Motion - the tricks after were off-time. In Jorden's combo the last Osis was after the time ended.
We could have made a mistake, if someone could double-check our scores it would be good.

I haven't watched the videos because I'm about to go to work, but the report I heard was that nobody went dropless in shred 30. Drops don't count as uniques, but they do count as contacts, so I would presume your score for Jorden is wrong (or the report that he had 1 drop is wrong?)
Edit; also for clarification; the time starts when you score your first adds; so if my first move was phoenix, it wouldn't start until I did the clipper stall at the end of the move. Many events use different rules to that.

the whirlwind isnt counted in vasek's shred, the last trick is tomahawk (the bag was set before time was called)
that brings the correct score of 279.56
if whirlwind was counted that was a 291, and with montage would have been 305!
anyways, i see 276 for jorden, how did you get to 272?
3 add move: 1
4 add move: 20
5 add move: 10
6 add move: 1
total; 138 ADDS, all uniques = 276
that brings the correct score of 279.56

LOL, I agree that Vasek set the bag in time and Tomahawk should be counted so the score is 279.56, however... shouldn't the score for Jorden be 278?! I AM counting Far Osis (3 Adds, an odd number) and there are 139 ADDS (not 138)... Am I right?
btw, huge props Dave for making BAP. And props Vasek for showing us, that the gap isn't closing (am I right?). Also thanks Mike for your updates. I'm waiting for more videos, thanks in advance!

We calculated Evan Gatesman's Shred 30 score to be about 214...this means he would have beat Lon's score.

No, I don't play soccer. Yes, there are competitions. 4 years. Lots of practice.

I checked Vasek's shred30 video once again, and he hits the first clipper (the first adds, and the moment when the time count is supposed to start) at 00:09. When the time hits 00:39 he finishes his Far Motion. So the Tomahawk shouldn't be counted I think?
EDIT: To Mathieu - in Jorden's shred30 we didn't count the last Osis, because he hits the first Toe Delay (1 add trick, time starts) at 00:00 and at 00:30 he sets for the Far Motion.

we didnt count the toe stalls for the shred 30's
yes Jorden hit 278, my bad transfering notes, I hadnt sleep in over 24 hours when posting that last post.
so check your timer on the clipper set instead of the toe set.
By the way this was semi finals, I dont know why you guys are worying so much.
People had to count this in the late evenings and had to miss partys. I suggest you guys count all of them next year and miss all the fun
