A short intro to why I owe Josh, as known here as MarvlMan, a debt of gratitue:
I'm new to freestyle footbag. Where I come from (Israel) there are literally 0 players who freestyle, therefore I depend on the internet as my sole source for freestyle information, reading posts, watching vids, like most people I suppose, but even more so.

A little over a month ago Josh came to Israel for a visit, and we met several times. First time we met I remember hitting a legover and a mirage, maybe I didn't even hit that mirage at all, but still he was like "wow that's awesome" and made me feel really good about how I play. He even hauled me a pair of rod lavers (must be the first pair in Israel) all the way from the states, and taught me how to stitch 32's! We played several times afterwards until he left for worlds, and every time I hit a new trick he raved my progress and couldn't have been a more positive influence.

In short, Josh is an awesome person, and thanks to him I really got into freestyle. Today I hit my first Paradox Mirage, I'm super happy about it and I felt it was time I expressed my gratitude publicly!

Herzliyya, it's sort of a suburb city north of Tel Aviv, 15 minutes drive.
