haHA!!!

but yeah im working on the first page, updating with those player profiles. good job on getting around to those. if you guys want, either post a profile picture for yourself or post a link to one. if you want. mine is still a work in progress.

so get this--

the only person from boston to attend at least one day of worlds??

the j-var.

haha! he went to the last couple days of worlds and saw finals and shit. im so jealous. but yeah, he just called my cell. he's going to be back in town next wednesday and wants to kick that weekend. anyone else notice anything about that? that is THE weekend i was trying to get everyone together. perfect!

tell that kid from wentworth just to show up at northeastern on the day we pick between the 1st and the 5th. if everyone shows up that i've invited, we'll need 3 circles :P i'll be happy if we have more than...3 people.

I am so pissed....I lost my Camera Windsurfing........WTF!

Back to footbag:

Good Reasons for Playing AT Northeastern:

1. More people that are open to footbag just walking around
-Library Quad or Freshman Quad have tons of people going around...either one is good

2. I am getting the reporter to come to our massive shred session
3. I don't think I have any monies on my Charlie Card

So Are We Shreding On Sat Or Sunday?...I need to know

ps. I am making footbag shirts!.....w00t
I am going to buy more paint, make stencils and photoshop up a new Mountain dew BSC Logo................should be Sick...or really crappy

If you guys are interested i'll make some up for you guys...cost of a shirt will be like 3 or 4 dollars (to cover my costs)....they are white and really cheaply made...but come out looking nice

Francisco Dias

Either Saturday or Sunday (Sep 1st or 2nd) we are going to have a big shred session on campus with just about every one that plays in Boston. Lemme know if you are still interested and I'll give you more details as I get them.

Marc Larocque

WORD! I want to be there. I'll be moving apartments at the time. But if it is on September 1. I should be able to be there because I'm moving out August 31. Then I'm staying at my aunt's house and moving in September 2. So, let me know when and where bro! Is there an organization being started out of this movement? Is this the biggest collection of foot baggers? What's the big picture here? Either way it's new to me, so it's news! Where will we be meeting? Off NU campus, in the CITY???

Francisco Dias

We usualy meet the commons or at Copley but I made a huge stink about it and am getting everyone to play on campus because theres more random people, and it would probably be easier for you, and the freshman.

In terms of organizations started:

I've been making an effort to start an NU footbag club for the last year. The only trouble with that is people will either get intimidated and not want to play because of the difference in skill or just can't commit to playing certain days of the week. (Furthering this is part of the reason I want us to play on campus too...only like 11 more people till we can register for University funding)

My efforts have fallen far short of a friend of mine, Pete Bowler, who lives in Boston and has gone to great lengths to organize the Boston Scred Crew (BSC). Right now there are like 5 guys that are good and kick pretty regular.

On Either Sat or Sunday it will be the biggest collection of footbaggers in Boston to date. We have some guys coming back up and some new freshman joining the crew. Should be pretty sick..gonna do up some freestyle and hopefully foursquare.

So Saturday on campus is good for you?
Odds are we'll probably just end up playing both Sat and Sunday...If you can't make it, it's no big deal there will be other times too; just this is the first big session we are having.

sorry for all the run on sentences

ok, its settled.

WE ARE PLAYING ON NORTHEASTERN CAMPUS for the sake of the like 3-4 people that go to the school, and on account of the reporter at the school. is marc larocque that reporter? or is he a footbagger. there's no hints as to which is the case.

but here's the thing, i think fran's idea of playing both saturday and sunday isnt a terrible idea. especially if there's someone that cant play on either day, or if its at northeastern. if thats the case we can play maybe saturday(?) at NU and sunday on the common with anyone that wants to, or couldnt go saturday. answer the poll if you're in the bsc sometime before wednesday and we'll decide on a day to have the "main" session at NU.

fran- which day would have more people wandering around campus? saturday or sunday?
i want a t-shirt

speaking of   i FINALLY hit whirling swirl :!: it felt so sick. i also hit like whirling infinity>ripwalk and stuff like that, but whirling swirl was definitely the tops. i've hit 3 out of 4 of the different swirls, and i footed flip swirl really closely a few times as well.

chris when/where do you want to kick tomorrow? im amped for it now.

Wow, way to really step it up Fran. Major props on the interview and t-shirt dealie. :)

EDIT: Pete posted same time as me so I'll just answer your question now. Saturday adn Sunday are both most likely good for me, I doubt I'll have any mandatory shit to do move-in weekend anyhow. Id also like to play at the common Sunday, Id just need directions or something.

Drank, i'll just meet you some where on campus and bring you to the commons....haha

First time Mark and I met Pete:

We got on the T took it to Copley..got out and asked a dude how to get to the Copley library (the T stop is directly below Copley library and you get out on its north? side) He had to have been drunk at 12am....but he looked at us like we were on crack
