It's actually a 3-add move BTW, not 2-add as we said...

I just dont understand how your gonna be hitting a bunch of ripwalks and blurry whirls when the time comes with no shoes. Thats hard!

Hey man looking forward to shredding with you tonight. It's been a while. I hope you've been schooling. It could potentially be a 5 man session, Andrew, Cody and James all want to play too. I'll bring the mats and my camera :D :P which will be good because I can film if my shin splints start acting up.

Damn its been a while since anyone posted in here. I hurt me knee pretty bad this summer and didnt get back to playing until a couple weeks ago, and rev whirls still kinda hurt which sucks cause i was gettin good at helix :x Cant wait to relearn some old concepts and hopefully some new ones tonight. -Peace-

I had and alright session with James and Cody today, worked on clipper game a lot. i tried a new drill, stopping osis>stopping clipper repeat. it took me a few tries but i hit 5 contacts before the end of the session. i hit helix first and only try of the day, which is cool because i havent been able to do those for a while.
