I awoke around 10 AM and stumbled out of my room in my undies to find Sunil Jani (who I had not yet met), vasek and Milan in my living room. Whaaat? hahaha

On the 24 hour car ride down, the drivers all took turns sleeping while one drove so we could keep going constantly. Here John Bagi was sleeping on the back bench and I wanted to lay out too so I slept on the floor below John between the two rows of seats. It was fortunate that I am not claustrophobic.



It was great having matt around as always. I love that music follows him wherever he goes. Also, doesn't he look dreamy here?



Here, Jon Haber and Kevin Crowley, their coffee and their syrups are pictured. They went through first two whole pots, then some more. And as they went along they started joking that they should flavour each cup with different syrups. "Ooh, this one's strawberry!" They also joked that once they'd done all the syrups they should move on to adding the ketchup to their coffee. They note only proposed it but followed through. Mmm!!

This is Brian Dennis doing yo-yo, he's SO good at it! He showed me some new tricks and let me play with his much better yo's. And and and!! He gave me an itty bitty 32 to use as a counterweight on my yoyo!!

I had alot of fun hanging out with Holly and Brian. I am REALLY impressed with their stitching progress. I traded with both of them, something I really rarely do. Go team nashville!

On that note, Lee "the Tickler" Van Sickle(r) is super duper nice and cool and great at hack. I had alot of fun with him too, he's a silly pants.

Looks like worlds was fun!

Two nights ago I went on a bike ride with my sister.

We stopped to play in a playground and at one point my sister got tricked by a strange level change in the ground and came down really hard on her ankle/foot. It hurt her pretty good, it seemed like a pretty brutal twisting and she couldn't even stand. It was pretty crazy, but eventually we got her onto her bike and she managed to pedal home.

A few hours later it was still seeming pretty bad so I had her call Telehealth Ontario to find out what to do. So at 1AM she came to me and told me that she needed to be taken to the hospital.

I was all in my jammies and ready for bed, this wasn't exactly what I had in mind for the night.

So I changed and then helped my sister to the car.

We got there and I parked the car in the parking lot. (More on this later)

I got Anne a wheelchair and she said that it made her seem so lame and I complimented her on her appropriate word choice. I grabbed myself a wheelchair too, I didn't want to miss out on the fun!

It was pretty quiet in the ER. There were a few people waiting to be treated but it wasn't really a happening joint. Anne and I goofed off on our wheelchairs, she kept getting all stressed when I would do wheelies. hehe

So, it wound up taking basically all night to just have a few x-rays done and to let her know nothing was wrong. I killed time by trying to sleep in the car and on some benches in the hospital.

At around 6 AM we went to head out and then realized we had basically no cash, let alone the $12 required to get the car out of the lot.

So there we were, 6 AM, after hours of half sleeping and waiting and BS and totally unable to even get our car out of the parking lot. I decided I didn't give a shit and I was going to figure a way out even if it meant bending the rules.

I examined all the exits and determined that the staff exit had the most 'forcable' exit. I pulled the car up to the barrier, reached out and lifted it as high as I could and just drove right into it hoping that doing so wouldn't break the car or the barrier. I managed to scrape my way out and zoom around to pick up anne and and fuck off! hah!





In other news, I have been playing footbag in my Q2's! All my other shred shoes have desintigrated, i am glad to have soooomething to play in! Fortunately, things are going really well so far in them! I have exclaimed every sentence in this paragraph!

I played with pengpeng two days ago in Markham, I missed my baby even though it'd only been two days since we'd been together for a week and a half at worlds. I am so glad stuff has been so good between us lately!


Man, EVERYONE that got any enjoyment out of Terra Verde at worlds (which is to say, basically everyone) owes Pengpeng the HUGEST thanks!!!

What a great girl. She's so smart and resourceful and fucking adorable!! I am a lucky boy!

She's all keen and motivated to play footbag these days! I really hope world's was inspiring for her. I am really glad she came and supported me throughout the trip. We gave eachother lots of massages to fixed busted muscles, we take good care of eachother!

I was happy to be her brave protective manboy and to escort her places and introduce her to people. I like keeping her safe.


We played a bit when I visited her. I got her working on a bunch of good/important foundation things that will really benefit her in the end. I think if she actually sticks with footbag she'll have really awesome style. She's got crazy crank!!
It's so cute when she really tries at footbag! I love it!


I have been pretty motivated to play too actually. Yesterday I shredded with Skippy and it was a real solid session. I am really starting to get used to the surfaces on the new quantums and my game is looking great in them. Sweet! I really think I will like playing in these.

I was impressed to see so many people playing in them at world's. It's so cool that a shoe that was totally independantly made (and JUST for us) is totally working out to the communities benefit.

Man, my nukes are SICK now!!

I had been doing lots of toe nuclear sets and apparently that made normal nukes alot easier for me. I was doing matadors and barfry's and sumo's like crazy yesterday!

I guess I didn't mention it in my talk about world's above but I invented a set at world's.

When I returned home from my trip and told Chad in my club about it he was like "what are you talking about? you did that before you left!" Apparently he and I had had some talk before world's about different xbd toe sets and he asked if that was possible and I tried it then.

Well anyways, I had somehow completely forgotten that that had happened and I thought I invented the set at world's. ANYCASE, the set was conceptualised and I had hit it as a set but hadn't yet hit anything out of it.

So I mentioned it to Henry Griesebag and he pondered it for a second and then BLAM nails toe set matador FIRST TRY EVER!!! Oh yah, and I filmed this event on sam's camera! The next day I hit toe matador and toe nuke legover.

So a few days later in the circle contest it was my final turn of the final round and I decided to try something saucy. I caught my toe stall, stepped over it into xbd toe... thought about it for a second.... and then I hit a PERFECT toe matador to handcatch in competition!! The first ever toe nuke in comp!

Was there a boisonberry syrup? I remember one time my mom was talking about a boisenberry syrup at IHOP or something, and I misheard her for poisonberry. I wondered why anyone would use poisonberry syrup on their pancakes. I was confused for a while, and she wondered why. It was funny when I finally found out.

ughgh, today's been awful so far.

I made a few posts in the FAT blog that came across totally wrong and I wound up basically hurting everyone's feelings when all I was trying to do was encourage them. It frustrates me that they have SO much potential to be a booming thriving scene, yet somethings missing. Maybe it's just a logistics thing.

I really like them and I didn't mean to upset anyone. I just wanted them to get out to more events.

Anyways, that turned into a big explosion between me and camille that started in their blog and then carried over to MSN.

By the end we had worked it out, but I had to do some appologizing and listening. Basically it came down to me being insensitive to the effects that my words/actions can have. I guess it was sorta humbling, I feel bad that I hurt anyone as it was never my intent.

After that I wound up getting into a big argument with my parents over money issues.

I have no money, it's REALLY frustrating. It means that I can't even go buy more shirts/hoodies to make more money.

Bleh, I hate all this because in both of these arguments I had elements of being right but the others were really making better points while totally misunderstanding me.

I don't want to go into this stuff anymore. I am not an arguer, I just keep winding up in arguments and I hate it.

I punched myself in the head alot of times and it made me feel better.

Oh yeah, and due to being poor I now can't even afford to go to Toronto today to shred with them and appologize in person for being an ass.



Oh yeah and I am owed HUNDREDS of dollars from people around the world.

I didn't get high even once yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!

blah blah blah, I know it doesn't sound like much, but when you've been in an awful habit of doing it many times a day for years it's a mentionable accomplishment.

I wound up going to bed at 11 PM... and then barely managed to 'sleep in' till 6:30 AM. I really kept trying to get back to sleep but it wasn't happening. I'd drift off and then be plunged into INTENSE DREAMLAND where I was everything from some james bond scenario getaway driver to.... oh.. hmm, all the other dreams have disappeared. Anyways, the getaway thing was insane because he (the james character) had like.. put these two dangerous people in some building thing and then put some $17 billion thingy for them to find.... ahhh.. this is pointless, I can't even make sense of it.

We actually did lots of sweet moves in this arrangement. I hit pixie legover with Peng on my shoulders once!
We had some cool combos of me tossing up to her foot for her to stall, then back down to me. We even tried me setting, her ducking, me catching. Cute!



Meeting Sam C at world's was great. My first impression was that him and Ashley were like 1/4 taller than I'd imagined. Almost right away Sam and I wound up in the garage having a raging air hockey match. It was the only air hockey I played all week! It was sweet that we went from meeting to totally thrashing and having fun as friends.

Sam's posts make waaaaaaay more sense now that we've met!!!

I really liked running into Sam throughout world's. He always had a smile and it always made me smile. I think it's so great that he is putting so much time and effort into the video he's making, I bet it'll be awesome.

I really hope he knows that everyone really appreciates his efforts.




Non-World's Stuff:

I've been spending alot of time working on Camp Wakahakee!

Things are falling together well. The campsite looks great, I will be confirming the shred site today and it seems like a big posse is already brewing!

Also, I got us sponsored! I hit up Stephen Barnes, the NA rep of PF, for some swag because I heard him mention at world's that he had all this stuff to sponsor events with but only one tourny had hit him up yet. So I was like, shit, I'll take some swag to give away!

On the topic of SKB. I first met him really creepily.

I had gotten to someones house for some reason and then heard mention that he was in the house. So I searched a bit and found him sleeping on a couch. (A position I would find him in countless times over the week)
I was a total creepwad and just sat there with my face like RIGHT up to his while he slept.
Next I pinched his nostrils to either kill him or wake him up. To my surprise his nostrils forced my fingers apart!
Eventually I just shook him or pinched him or something to get him up. From then on we were friends in the real world.

He's definitely a cool kid. He's got great style and he's fun to be around. Also, he's good for picking on.



Ooh! The sun is slowly rising!

Maybe today will be another sober day!

Yesterday was 100% sober except for the one light beer I had with dinner.

I spent a bunch of time (hours and hours) cleaning my room yesterday. It was a pretty terrible day, except for going to the driving range with my parents... that was just hilarious. They are as smart and witty as me (maybe more?) and so we all love to pick on eachother. And dozens of wonky shots were ripe for picking! Basically all my shots were BRUTAL slices. The would start out going forwards then by the time they were rolling they were going perfectly to the right when I'd aimed dead forwards. hahah

My dad suggested I just aim far far to the left and the ball should go perfectly straight ahead. haw haw!

Well, lets hope today is better than yesterday. Please, nobody start any fights with me, okay? I actually shed a single tear yesterday in the heat of all the BS. hehe

Hahah! I just remembered another dream from last night!

Me and Jim Penske did a middle school footbag performance. We both played terrrrribly, which was kinda funny. Like, I was baaarely nailing clippers and far legovers and for some reason Jim couldn't hit anything.

Afterwards I went to teach some kids to stall and they got the wrong impression and thought I was giving them the bags I handed them to use. They all walked off with the bags and at that point I realized that one of my 32's (a fletcher funk I had from NYJ that has actually been lost for many months) had gone missing.

I eventually went down to their classroom and caught them just before being sent home at the end of the day. I remember saying to them "I am not here to blame anyone, I just want my footbag back, you know?" They seemed sympathetic, but the bag didn't come back.

hehe also, while I was there trying to find my bag one of the kids asked me how well we performed on stage and I told her that we were terrible!

Oh, and for some reason I was playing in my mesh camo g's that don't quite fit well.

That reminds me, I should sell those!




I bought a road bike at a garage sale for $10 and I just sold it on Craig's List for $125. Hah!

For the record, Tom, I was never insulted, and I completely understand where you're coming from.

It's unfortunate sometimes, but I think you said it best: one has to anticipate how people will react to things, even constructive criticism. The tone of your message may have been a bit inappropriate, and there may have been some things you misunderstand about our club (like the sheer DISTANCE involved in any meeting). That's why I tried not to respond with a solely negative tone in my response. I tried to see your post for what is was: passion and lofty ideas.

This is what it's all about. Don't change... much. hehe.

Holy shit, my life is being overwhelmed by crazy serendipity lately!

Last night was insane.

So I am at this pivotal point in my life where I am finally getting quite resentful towards my weed habit. I've been feeling like a stupid junky chasing some high that I can't afford.

So for the past few days I've been drastically reducing my pot intake. I stopped getting baked in the morning and then doing it all day, I've now cut back to absolutely none during the day and then MAYBE a bit at night. But that is a drastic life habit alteration, and I am proud of it.

And you know what? I've been so fucking productive!!

I am going to keep doing this, it feels alot more 'normal'.


So here I a resenting weed and all that... then last night a totally unexpected character walked back into my life. I had met him before and I went to highschool with him, but we'd never really been friends. To say he is a weed connoisseur is a fucking understatement. He arrived with his giant killer glass bong and half a dozen god-like strains in big glass jars, a sight my eyes have never before beheld. Like, this was more than I've ever owned at once and this was just what he decided to bring from his collection. hah!

So not only did he bring VAST knowledge about indicas and sativas, but he brought a raging desire to learn and to learn footbag! He has joined the club!

The night was fun, we all learned alot. It sounds like he's a real obsessive learner, a crazy book reader and all around well thought guy.

After shred I drove him to his area and we stopped by the house of the even crazier connoisseur... holy horticulture!!!

I can't even get into it all, but hot fuck, crazy impressive.

I feel REALLY inspired by these two. They just know SO much about so many things that I don't know about yet. The second guy grows all his own veggies and he's big into cooking too. So cool!

And they know stuff I need to know too, like why aspartame is so deadly and all these other things that keep you alive longer.


Oh yah, AND last night after having bitched that I needed new walking shoes as all my lavers are dead... I stumbled across and rediscovered a pair of white leather CT 300's that I'd had left over from the footbag shoe project. I had tried to sell them in the past.. but now I see them as like the most killerest walking shoe ever! I put my fancy hip-alligning insoles in them and now they're a dream come true!

ALSO, it looks like (at least at a primary level) these will totally work as net shoes! Yippee! I've been wanting to get more into net.



Oh, here is a treat teaser for anyone that has read this far. There is a chance that the whole campground idea of Camp Wakahakee may be scrapped in favor of an unparalleled INSANE idea. Mansion party anyone?

Pengpeng and I just had a sweet 2 day visit, she came and stayed a night and it was sweet.

We were so brutally productive!!

We started early, by 9 AM I was downtown Toronto where we met up and headed to get some breakfast. Next we hit up a store we'd been meaning to finally get to where we got stocked up on T's and hoodies for screen printing. All in, we invested about $420 on bare stock.

We were back in Oakville around 11 AM ish, which is sorta nuts but also sweet.

From there we went crazy productive and ironed out the Camp Wakahakee logo until we were satisfied with it then we went through all the silly steps involved in preparing and making the actual silk screen. This also included a trip to the wood store to buy boards to make my own screens out of and a trip to bestbuy to replace my mom's black ink cartridge that we emptied making the transparencies for making the screens. What's with my over the top run on sentences today? haha


At night we went bowling with Skippy, it was Pengpeng's first time bowling!! We played two games and in her second game she even beat Skippy! Following that we hit up their DDR machine, it'd been a long time since Peng and I last got to play and it was fun, except that we were being rushed out of the alley since they were closing up.


Day two with Peng we were super efficient again. I awoke and made us breakfast and then we made a trip to stock up on ink. Then we had a mondo screening session! We made like.. 20 T's and 17 hoodies! About a third of the hoodies are BSOS ones, I tried to sorta recreate my iconical hoody that I had in my avatar forever finally.

Some of the screens didn't come out perfect, I think they look rustic and appropriate for camping. hehe

I really think people will like the high-quality Fruit of the Loom shirts I got this time, I finally found a good source of name brand stuff.

Anyways, it's late and I need to sleep.

I just flipped, filled and blind stitched 20-something cuddlebags for a big order to Australia.

For sure that was my biggest closing session ever.

This is their second giant order of cuddlebags, Australia will now have more cuddlebags than the USA or Canada.. maybe even combined.



I made myself a paisley hex/maroon pent 32 the other day and it's such fucking butter! Ooh! I just remembered that I forgot to put tungsten in it, this one was supposed to be a tester bag so I should toss some in.
I got some tungsten from THE david clavens at world's. swoon!



I am doing a footbag performance tomorrow at York University in Toronto. I think I am being teamed up with a beat boxer or something, it should be cool. Either way it's $120 in my pocket for a few minutes of performing, ca-CHING!

I just got back from the skatepark, I ended the session by totally wrecking myself on a fronside boardslide down a rail. I landed flat on my ribs on the rail, whee!
