I just watched the Jimmy Kimmel Live show with a guest appearance by Vasek Klouda! It was soooo awesome to see real footbag on national TV. There were a lot of jokes made but that was to be expected from a talk show, especially when the guest is George Lopez, a standup comedian. They only aired two clips of Vasek shredding, and one slowmo of a barfly - which was totally clean by the way. All in all it was great. At the end of the show while Jimmy Kimmel was saying his goodbyes his guests were lined up next to him including Vasek. Vasek had on such a bright smile and looked really happy to be there. I can't even begin to imagine how exciting it would be to travel to California and play footbag on live TV.

So awesome the sport of footbag is.

Peace.

We're flexible, especially if it means you can come. Probably will start around 2 or 3 like normal.

Ill be there sunday regardless of the time.

nice little session with mike last night, he was playing really well.

i wasnt playing very well but ive decided that im going to start playing at least 3 times a week so that i can start advancing my game again.

i had a few good strings and some big tricks but it was tough to play because i forgot my contacts and with the heat and humidity it was like playing in the growing dark with foggy goggles on.

a couple of cool things that i hit were

spinning clipperx4 > spinning ducking clipper > spinning clipper > vortex > 5 or 6 contact string ending in mobius

gyro clipper x 6

there were a good three or four more strings of about 20 contacts but i cant remember what was in them.

oh yeah we played the RFA (well it became the "any well known footbagger") game and during it mike had

Tom Mosher > Aric McIntosh (blizzard > toe blizzard in this case) off his foot first try

i missed the hand catch of Jim Penske > Lon Smith, which was whirr > reverse whirlwind.

anyway im probably going to play later today, ill post about it tonight

Hey RFA, sorry I was not able to make it to the Sunday session. And doubly sorry for not posting my regrets earlier. I do hope those who can make it have a good session. Please post your highlights.

Peace.

!!! Are you saying atomic set up-time frontside pincher?! I don't know that I can do that. But I will certainly work on as much of it as I can.

Thanks for the challenge. I have been kind of in a dry spell lately not thinking new and exciting drills to work on. I guess I'm all drilled out for the time being. Oh yeah, I have to work on ducking symposium mirage.

Peace.

nope, not atomic pinch,

toe > pinch > toe > atomsmasher > pinch > toe > atomsmasher, as a repeat combo style thing.
