Video camera qualities?

I'm looking into getting a camera for footbag, and these are what I'm kinda looking at right now.

I'd like to spend around 200$ on the camera, but would rather save up and wait then spend the money on a camera that would be useless.

So, could someone in the know give me advice as to weather I should get one of these, keep looking, or purchase a better one that they know of that I haven't found yet.

I honestly know nothing about video camera's other then what I've read here on modified and have never had one before. Mostly I'd want to set it up on a tripod and film myself, but it'd also be used at events too.
