Jay Boychuck just claimed my last open spot in the campsite for another one of his friends, btw. So I'm officialy full again.
frig.... I'm so glad that you're hosting this Mosher. This event is going to rock soooo hard
Great enthusiasm Ben!
I think everyone will be able to find the right Camp Wakahakee T/hoody to suit their style, we did lots of interesting and unique ones again. I think it's fun to do tourny shirts like that because then everyone winds up with something really special that's directly connected to the event.
My job for today is to make up the maps and directions and all that.
Organization!

will there be any other drinkers of quality single malt scotch at this event? I'm stopping at duty free, either on the way into canada or on the way out. If someone will drink good scotch with me, I will stop on the way in.
Jon Schneider and I had a bottle each at worlds, and he brought one to funtastik. it was pretty sweet.

I will be putting the schedule up today but I can give you a quick rundown.
Saturday will have it's first scheduled event at 1PM, with the start of the circle contest. Following that there will be some other casual events, raffles and shred. The afternoon will also have some of the workshops held, though some will be left for sunday.
Also, saturday morning people will be registering for various events and getting their merch and stuff.
And Saturday night we party and pass the peace pipe around.
what's the weather supposed to be like this weekend? Being at a campsite, is there going to be a place we could shred if it's raining? sorry for doubting your planning, Tom. I can't help it. I know how much you worked on this and I'm sure there IS a place.

You doubt the powerhouse?????
The place I was intending for us to shred is covered. That said, it might still get a bit wet so be prepared!
Wow, this sounds really good! I wish all of you a real fun time!
(So far we've had footbag camps only in downtown Berlin over here, makes me think to have one on some real campground somewhere in the middle of Europe one day...)
heyhey! an update on the attendance! Ben Rea is coming! We'll be playing for the honor and representation of Syracuse, NY at this upcoming Footbag Event.

Yeah, how many other North American tournaments have jealous europeans posting in the event thread?? hehe
Man oh man, I did some further research today and things are shaping up awesome.
I checked out the positioning of the campsites we booked and fortunately we are right close to some key things like toilets, showers and one of the only good shredspots at the campsite. (Don't take that to mean there is only one good shred spot at wakahakee!!! I am saying that there is only one at the campsite, which is a slightly different location from where the events are being held)
