I play 40 card draft. 60 card constructed.

40 makes things much less interesting. It's too easy to just stick 4-of's in there.

I don't care, I'm posting this in 2 threads. I thought this picture came out fly. :D

Oh dude, that picture is nothing even close to pengpeng's collection!

I am sure those are just some 'special' ones that she keeps handy.

Peng is crazy, crazy amazing.

I always thought firebreathing/fling was a fun way to play... on a rabid wombat.

The imagery still tickles my fancy.

man i havn't played this game in like 6 years, but i do gotta say i got a lot of vintage from like '95 and '96.

might think about playing this again cause i went EB games and there is a card store right next to it and i watched the last like 10 minutes of a magic tourny and winner got a 50 dollar gift card. he bought a bunch packs and got a 12/12 in one. didnt know they made cards over 10/10 now thats kinda cool.

theyve made much larger creatures for a while...

leviathan is probably what you mean by 1010 right>?

i think krosan colossus is a 1414 from legions i think, and theres denizen of the deep which is a portal 2nd age, rare.

im pretty sure those are the biggest, but i got out in 2004 or so...

Umm Serra Avatar can be the biggest I think. It's power is life points but I don't think that is the point of what you are getting at haha

Serra avatar pure pwnage if you know how to play it right.

Phyrexian Dreadnought isn't really all that playable straight up, although I do own a playset of it.

If you have a 12/12 creature, but need to sacrifice creatures up to the power of 12, you might as well beat them up with your little beaters or a few fatties.

There's cute combos to do with it though. Reigns of Power comes to mind.

man, i just remembered my favy deck from like 5 years ago.

volraths doppleganger

phyrexian dreadnought

and a discard method.

3 manacost 1212 with trample, like 3rd turn at most.

i had lots of stuff to make my hand work... scroll rack, tutors (demonic, or living wish)

and drawing mechanisms... stroke, etch

and some mill deck. i think i still have all the pieces, but not the deck itself.

laquatus
millstone
tolarian academy
traumatize
haunting echoes
cranial extraction
chephalid broker

man it was nasty. everyone hated me.

wish i had time/people/money to get back in...

but ive got better things to do
