Erik Chan + Mike Faille

Post by Muffinman »

Here's a video that we filmed a whole bunch of months ago, in Toronto. My shred is pretty crappy since I'd only recently started playing after a few years off, but it's more about good times and memories, and I think the song probably captures that the best :D

I'm not sure exactly why, but that was exceptionally enjoyable to watch. I liked the music too. Urban shred is awesome. I love shredding in the streets, there isn't a lot of places to do that where I live. Maybe it just reminds of me skateboarding when I was a kid. All the shots are really good, the bag and the moves can all be seen very clearly every time. I'll definitely have to convert this one for play on the ol' iPod. Nothing too flashy, just good old wholesome footbag. Great stuff thanks for posting it.

Nice! Did you make this just to guilt me into coming to Hackrifice?! I'll bug my boss and see if she'll reconsider giving me time off.

That day was super fun! We rode our bikes all over town, stopping at any place that looked nice, did a few runs each, and moved on.

I miss you Erik Chan!

you rode bikes? Oooh man that just adds to it. I just had to comment on the video. I don't really have much room on my shotty laptop for footbag videos any more but I had to have this. So it's in the folder. I couldn't believe it was almost 6 minutes long! One enjoys every minute of it. Great sites. Music was excellent as well. Some highlights especially were at 1:25 - 1:51 (8O) , 2:30 - 2:45, 3:31, and the panning to see Erik playing in that alley.

Mike - it was great playing with you at wakahakee. Wish we actually had a bit more time. You have great rhythm and this video shows you had it months ago as well! I loved the end comment, too. "Super sore. Seriously." Perfect.

Great to meet and play with you too, Pat!

I was dead on my feet by the third location - Erik has WAAYY more stamina than I do.

Holy hell that video made me happy in the pants.

Loved every second of it. You both tore it up without tearing yourselves up by the looks of things. 8)

Now excuse me while I clean up the mess you two have made...
