I want ur babies... trade? ;)

Lol nah there are many things in my game very lacking, like osis :(
Played today with Toby:

July 11, 2006
Solo Session 47: 2 hours (Total since 24/01/06: 94.5 hours)
Drilled: Strings
Notes: Totally random shred, some friends came by and talked to us for way too long so didn't concentrate as much as I would have liked to, but it's first shred of the semester so oh well.
I hit a bunch of strings and random drills like drifter > ducking clip > ripwalk rpt, atom > tap rpt into a fun shuffley string, nothing very hard.
Blurry whirl is so damn easy, I hit blurry whirl > ducking clip > blurry whirl > string. Flip bwhirl isn't so good, I hit it once though.
Hopefully we will have a better kick tomorrow ;)

I'm realizing I won't have time to post a good write up of every session I have in here, but I will try to keep track of atleast hours and new moves hit/records broken etc.

July 12, 2006
Solo Session 48: 2 hours (Total since 24/01/06: 96.5 hours)
Drilled: Strings, osis, blender.
Notes: Kicked twice for about an hour each. First we shreded at union lawn, it was market day so lots of people, unfortunatly most of them were watching the girls in the chocolate wrestling competition :?.
Second shred was after lunch and I was bloated so was kinda slow, worked on osis because butterfly feels much better but osis is worse!
I hit blender bsos and food processor on only one side.
My toe shuffel feels quite strong at the moment, I can break into 5-10 contacts of fairy/atomic shuffel mid string quite easily now.
When we were about to leave a guy approached us and asked about the sport, his friend came along later and they both play soccer and can do some freestyle with soccer ball. I gave him a 8panel NZ bag and they were really keen, got his cell number so we are gonna keep up and kick together again! They said they had met Dale Jury who is quite good from the North Island and when in Auckland they saw the Auckland crew play so they had seen the sport before which is awesome!
Go NZ footbag :D

Props on spreading the word.

Thank you VERY much for those challenges :) they are just what I need!

Fairy ducking butterfly > blur rpt i've done already.

15 ripwalks and pdx dlo > fairy beater rpt are especially good challenges :D

July 13, 2006
Solo Session 49: 2.5 hours (Total since 24/01/06: 99 hours)
Drilled: Strings, osis, blender, spinning, pdx drifters.
Notes: Kicked for an hour from 2-3 and ended up having ANOTHER guy come along who wants us to teach him, sold him a bag and sold one to my old tae kwon do friend Russle!
Also shreded from 5-6:30 which was good although my stomach was quite sore.
Osis still feels fricking crap but after warming it up, Toby actually said that the osis I do in my strings look really good form now and they are improving a lot which made me feel like 8).
I hit blender bsos a few times, then I hit pdx blender bsos > hand catch > pdx blender bsos again, lol, I am a bag hog!
I worked on my flip spinning which has gotten really crap all of a sudden, it improved slightly.
I worked pdx drifters to try get my drifters better, then I hit 7 drifters which was good enough so I stopped schooling them then.
I hit spinning pdx symp mirage a few times, it's pretty easy after hitting spinning flail :).
All in all a good day :)

Challenges:
Atomic blender
15 ripwalks
Pdx whirl > sidewalk > stepping clipper rpt
Pdx dlo > fairy beater rpt
100 infs

July 17, 2006
Solo Session 50: 1 hours (Total since 24/01/06: 100 hours)
Drilled: Strings, drifters, blenders.
Notes: I've forgotten most of what happened as I was dead tired, sick, had an upset stomach and a stinging face from shaving and sweat mixed into a horrible concoction = not a very nice shred. We had to play inside since it was so damn cold outside and inside is like an oven.

July 18, 2006
Solo Session 51: 3.5 hours (Total since 24/01/06: 103.5 hours)
Drilled: String length, bops, drifters, nuclear, blenders, spinning, stepping, tripless, dlos.
Notes: Morning session was awesome, played 1 hour inside with Axle n then we moved outside for half an hour till we were too cold to move. I hit 2 new 5adds - Sumo and flip sumo!!! :D Woohoo I beat Toby!
Afternoon session we played run length, I had hit a 27 contact string earlier and thought I woulden't get any more than that, then Toby hit 22 contacts n I thought it would take me a while to beat him, but first try I hit 35 guiltless :D New record I think.
Toby hit flippin 49 infinities!! Man he is consistant at them, he only stopped coz he is an unfit old man, caught it on 49! He wasn't counting lol.
I hit flip pdx blender first try, good pdx blender felt okish. My blenders were also feeling better, hit blender > pdx mirage bsos which was good for me.
Did some spining drills and drifters and dlos, hit sidewalk > ripwalk rpt again which was nice.
I finished off hitting 7 tripless which I think is = my record, it's pretty crap I should think of a good combo, it was... ducking butterfly > ducking butterfly > ducking mirage > fairy butterfly > blur > fairy butterfly > blur > fairy hand catch.. I should have hit atomsmahser > atomsmasher > legbeater something something at the end, wouldent have been much harder.

Anyway thats the last 2 days shreds :)

Thx Jamie 8)

July 20, 2006
Solo Session 52: 1 hours (Total since 24/01/06: 104.5 hours)
Drilled: Strings, whirls
Notes: atleast 20 contacts of whirl > ducking clipper rpt
Toby hit 22 whirls on goodside 8O
I hit a string of about 30 guiltless and I can include 4's easily in my strings now because my bops are good enough to bail to.
Some hacky sacker came and kicked with us and he accidentily kicked one of Toby's 32s onto the roof :?, we also wasted a bit of time since we weren't really playing when he was there and we only had 1 hour in the first place. Meh.

July 21, 2006
Solo Session 53: 3 hours (Total since 24/01/06: 107.5 hours)
Drilled: Strings, blenders
Notes: Today was awesome! We had SEVEN people shreding!
Toby was in a circle with James Lai, Cole, Axle and his sister Vernoica. I shreded with Alec our new guy and he hit mirage one one side, very close flip, atw both ways good side and one flip side atw 8O - He really enjoyed it :D.
Stuff I hit:
Tomahawk
Spinning blender
Fog - this is really easy now.
Ducking osis > ducking clip rpt (should have hit atleast 8 contacts of it :?)
Blender back 2 back from both sides
When Alec went to get a drink I joined the other circle and hit 30 contact guiltless string :D, the whole circle gave me props which is cool coz we don't do that enough here!
Got close to a few new moves but only hit 1.
Anyway i'm trying to make these shorter - I spend too much time blogging and on forums in general!
New Moves: PS whirl - FINALLY

Training Session 54: 2 hours (Total since 24/01/06: 109.5 hours)
Drilled: Strings, blenders, barrage.
Notes: Kicked with Toby, Axle, Johan and Sam - very fun shred, I hit some awesome strings to warm up with, but it started getting dark soon after so I didn't hit so much then.
I hit:
32 contacts guiltless. (A result of playing run-length game with Toby)
Some strings with several 5's in them.
Lot's of atomic and fairy toe shuffel.
A long guiltless string with glaucoma and flog mixed with some toe shuffel.
Blender bsos a bunch - it's getting more consistant but it rolls when I catch it a lot :?.
A bunch of midstring barrages, still can't clean my toe barrages though :?.
Played with some new moves that I haven't done before.

I gave Sam and a girl named Sal (a friend of Simon Huges) an 8panel bag each for free, hopefully they use them well ;). Sal informed me that I am famous on campus for footbag :) everyone she talks to about footbag ('hacky sack') knows who I am - LOL
New Moves: Witchdoctor (backside atomsmasher)
Blurry dada curve (inspired by Jordan Moir ;))
Footed front side atomsmasher (I may have hit this before)
Footed flip witchdoctor
Footed atomic flail :)

I seem to not play footbag over the weekend :? - I haven't soloed my myself in ages so i'm changing the name of these to 'Training sessions'. On the bright side, we are getting loads of publicity playing on campus everyday, and my strigns are getting way cooler because I try harder to play impressivly instead of dropping all the time.

Training Session 55: 3 hours (Total since 24/01/06: 112.5 hours)
Drilled: Strings, drifters, dlo, fairy, pdx mirage, stepping.
Notes: Played twice today, once with Toby and once with Axle and James Lai.
Not a very good shred, mainly because of pain from yesterday I think - i'm having knee problems :?.
I hit:
sidewalk > stepping clip > ripwalk rpt (inspired by Jamieson)
Butterfly > pdx mirage > fear > tap rpt (easy but drilled what I wanted)
A few reps of butterfly > pdx mirage > fear rpt
A nice smear lol
A 20 contact guiltless string with blurry whirl and fairy ducking butterfly mid string.
Toe drifter > pdx mirage > fairy legover rpt (A few reps)
Toe drifter > pdx mirage > fairy ss mirage rpt
DLO > fairy legover rpt (I think? Good DLO is fricking awesome now, flip is CRAP).
A nice fog into a string - so easy now... on one side :(.
Drifters into spinning.
Fairy beater and legbeater are getting very easy to hit midstring.
Axle hit his first spinning clipper today and James hit his first flip spinning clipper .

I'm getting behind at uni, I need to play footbag less :(.

Training Session 56: 2 hours (Total since 24/01/06: 114.5 hours)
Drilled: Strings, fairy, blenders,
Notes: I've forgotten much of what happened yesterdays session, but my legs were burned from the day before and my knee was playing up so I played quite badly.
I hit:
Pdx blender bsos
A bunch of blenders
8 tripless (new record) fairy ducking clipper > ducking butterfly > ducking butterfly > ducking mirage > fairy beater > blur > fairy beater > blur > atomic drop.
I think if I play uninjured I can add atom > atom > legbeater > ripwalk > ripwalk to the end pretty easily.
A string with fog and blurry whirl in it. Fog is really easy.
Toby helped me with my pixie sets and the technique is much better now (i've stopped pointing my foot like i'm doing a fairy set!).
Food processor to finish off.

Things to focus on this month:
Nuclear set.
Pixie set.
Flipside DLO
Gyro both sides
Whirls both sides
Blenders both sides
Fairy
BOPs

That is in rough order if priority of what needs worked on the most.

I'm looking quite forward to learning pixie because it just looks so right out of legover moves.

Training Session 57: 5 hours (Total since 24/01/06: 119.5 hours)
Drilled: Strings, fairy, blenders, pixie, pdx blender, gyro.
Notes: Had a DFC shred today, had 8 shreders show up (luke, axle, toby, jones, me, jun, james, cole), there were surposed to be atleast 10 of us but some who said they would come didn't end up coming  8 is still good though ;).
Toby was 1.5hours late because he had some rent stuff to sort out :(.
We shreded for 3 hours at uni, then we went for tea and then shreded another 2 hours outside the supermarket! What an intense day!
I hit:
Dimwalk bsos - both pixies looking much better.
I hit 29 guiltless, toby hit 22, I hit 23, he hit 24, I tried for ages to beat that and then...
37 contact guiltless string that started with fairy beater > blur rpt and had both legbeaters in it (or something like that). - What a way to set my new record!
Pdx blender bsos I think
Lots of strings with fog, fairy ducking butterflys, blurry whirls and pdx blenders in them.
Drifter > blender bs and blender > drifter bs.
Ducking osis > pdx blender bs and spinning osis > pdx blender bs
Whirl wars (haven't hit that in ages)
I did a bunch of fairy drills.
I don't remember much else :?.

Unfortunatly, I am behind at uni and should definatly not have played that much footbag!!! :?

Things have picked up so I haven't had time to post recently. I still want to keep a record of my hours though so...

August 1, 2006
Training Session 58: 2 hours (Total since 24/01/06: 121.5 hours)

August 2, 2006
Training Session 59: 2 hours (Total since 24/01/06: 123.5 hours)

August 8, 2006
Training Session 60: 1.5 hours (Total since 24/01/06: 125 hours)

August 9, 2006
Training Session 61: 2 hours (Total since 24/01/06: 127 hours)
Drilled: Strings, fairy, blenders, nukes.
Notes: I hit...
25 guiltless
17 guiltless clippers only
11 guiltless toes only
A string starting with reactor which had blurry whirl and spinning whirl in it :)
Blender bsos a bunch
Nuclear clipper on one side, not quite on flip - I need to do it muted.
51 kicks lol

August 10, 2006
Training Session 62: 1 hours (Total since 24/01/06: 128 hours)
Drilled: Strings, blenders, ducks and dives.
Notes: Didn't hit an awful lot because there were 3 of us playing. Things I do remember though:
Blender bsos a few times, my blenders suck because my whirls suck.
Ducking clip > spinning clip > diving clip rpt into a string with fairy ducking butterfly bsos.
Flip blurry whirl > pdx blender (missed the hand catch)
Pdx blender bsos at the end.

I really want to school at footbag suddenly but I have heaps of uni work to catch up on! DOH!

Training Session 62: 2.5 hours (Total since 24/01/06: 130.5 hours)
Drilled: Blenders, spinning, strings, osis.
Notes: Spent quite a while just working on stuff today, notable things I hit:
40 guiltless (new record) - I also hit a 31 guiltless string to win run legth ;).
6 blenders in 1 string, - blenders getting much more consistant
spinning ducking osis > pdx blender (not sealed :()
I almost hit a few double spinning clips, can't believe i've lost this concept :(

Only me Axel and Toby turned up :( what a waste of txts.

Edit:
I just played for a few mins in the lab with Toby, we competed to see who can do they most blenders without dropping, but he did dyno. He got 4 dynos and I got 8 blenders :D woo hoo.
Also blender > ss clip rpt from both sides, found it quite hard even though i've hit blender b2b from both sides :?
