Who remembers when that guy came up to us at Harbourfront and asked me if we would play at a charity event for Humber River Hospital?

Well, it's happening September 23rd! Who's in?!

All we really have to do is play for people to watch and teach interested kids (if any) a few tricks. If you guys aren't really down with teaching I'll understand, but I love teaching! It's really just kicks and stalls, maybe a few leg overs to some fast learners.

They will supply us with whatever we need, like drinks, food, shade, good surface, etc. And they might even buy some cheap dollarstore hacks for the kids.

My grandmother's birthday is that day so I'm doing brunch with her in Alliston... so I'm a no-go.

Sucks, too. I like teaching. Under my tutelage a dude I met at York today hit his first Clippers, Legovers, and Mirages. He's from B.C. so I'd like to forward him some information on how to keep at it over there!

Gah, I can't play this Tuesday. Next Tuesday, for sure, but my shin splints are bothering me after this weekend, plus I have to get my smart serve before I go to the Aerosmith concert!!

But yeah, Sunday is a go, I think I'll be meeting Jorden at Union as well.

Also Alex, I think Wednesday is probably doable for getting the longboard! Around 6ish.

So, this Sunday!! We are to be at the place around noon. I am going out of town this weekend so I'm just going to meet you guys there, at the park. So if you guys can meet at Union and take the subway up to Downsview Station, the guy who got us onboard will pick you up! He'll have a van so he can fit like 6 people. I think there will only be 5 of you max, but anyway... just call him at this #: 416-605-2522 when you get to Downsview station and he'll come get ya! His name is Sheldon.

Mike and Jorden- you guys will have to decide what time you can get to Union at, depending on what time the bus/train or whatever gets in. It takes about 30 minutes to get from Union to Downsview station. And since Alex is already so far north, you guys can just meet him there.

So you guys decide on a time to meet at Union and then just meet at Downsview at noon, at the passenger pick-up (follow the signs, it's a dome-shaped windowed building).
