Today Damian and I had a session near Nowe Miasto's reservoir. It was a good end of weekend, I think. We were shredding over 2 hours. Recently I play quite often and I'm proud of this. I hit a few new things:
ducking butter>diving butter rpt
pdx torque>ripwalk>ripwalk>pdx torque
spender>pdx blender>run
symposium sumo

Wow nice, especially combos with both pdx torques, and with spender.

Who has hit first backside sumo, you?, Gielnik?

I guess it was chelleng for Nowe Miasto's players

Thanks for posting guys! Today I have a few informations, specially for you!

Unfortunately, one of them isn't good. After today's shred my back started hurt and I must to do break

Sometimes I think that footbag isn't for me...
But before it, I had been playing very well. I hit link which I wanted to do for a long time:

My dream came true, again

I played my routine with 2 drops I'm happy with it. I'm going to play a nice one at the WilanÃ³w Cup. I hope my back will has stopped hurt before it.

I didn't write for a long time because my back was hurting and I didn't play. After nearly 2 weeks break I decided to shred today. It was a good idea, I felt very well and my back didn't hurt. I was afraid about my health so I didn't play with nuclears and pdx torques. I hit a few new links and drills:
spinning ducking butterfly>ducking clipper rpt
ducking butter>ducking osis rpt
blr whirl>spinning motion
blr whirl>spender

Today I had two sessions, first was with Dorota - we were laughing more than playing and I didn't hit anything special besides a few new dancing steps

In the evening I went to our shred place and I started to play with Damian. We were playing some doubles and it was very fun. We evolved our routine and It will be a great one, I think

I hit one new thing:

On Sunday I came back from the WilanÃ³w Cup. It was a great time!

There were many footbag players, organization was very good and we slept in two apartments that were in the same building - it was a great idea! WilanÃ³w Cup is one of the best competitions in Poland, we were shredding a lot, laughing and rozkmining

A sport part of competitions was very nice for me - I was 4th in Open Freestyle after Norek, Gielnik and Milo. It's a good result, I think. I'm coming back

In doubles we were 2nd after Gosia&Wiktor with a quite nice routine with 5 drops. We're going to practicing doubles more , it's very funny. In sick3 I did spinning ducking butterfly>blurry whirl>pdx torque and I was ranked 5th. I haven't been on a such great footbag competition for a long time!

P.S Yesterday I had a short session with Damian. I did one nice link:

and two drills:

I haven't wrote for a long time, unfortunately I haven't free time for writing. Recently we started to play on the GYM, we can play there a few times on a week absolutely for free! There works Damian's uncle

On this week we had two nice sessions and today I played alone. I hit quite a lot new links and I think I played pretty good

Today we had a nice shred on the GYM. We played nearly 2 hours! I was playing not bad at all, and hit one new trick: haze! Furthermore, it was in combo with mobius and spender

I also did one new interesting drill: spinning ducking butterfly>ripwalk.

On Wednesday Gielnik had a camera on shred and he made a short video from this session. We were playing for fun, Damian wanted to make video using his new computer program. It name's "The end of season"

Today I felt not bad at all, so I decided to shred. It was a good idea, I watched out my back and now I feel a quite good. I didn't hit anything special but shreds always make me happy.
