Here's a song I started working on, and then bailed. Can't save in my pirated copy of fruity loops, but I can export my work, which means I have to do entire songs beginning to end in one sitting if I want anything done.

Hah! I was just thinking about the old fruityloops songs I made long ago and then I clickied on this linky and heard your song.

It sounded more songy than most of mine usually do.

Hey Kevin, if you want to be able to do whatever you want with FL Studio, download this (torrent)

http://www.mininova.org/get/507641

Uninstall you're older version first. Use the .exe in that download to install the correct version. Then, replace the FLEngine.dll in this download with the one in the installed directory of the fresh FL Studio. Finally, open the FL_Studio_6.0.8_Reg_Key.reg and click "yes" to add to registry. BAM! You got full fruityloops baby!

If you can't get it going, just make sure to download FL Studio 6.0.8 XXL and search for those "fix" files (FL_Studio_6.0.8_Reg_Key.reg and FLEngine.dll) I'm sure you will get it.

I'm been working on like 5 songs in FL Studio. I should post some work-in-progresses.

Life sucks right now. Have two huge papers due today that are each worth 1/4 of my grade for each class. was almost finished with both of them late last night. went to save, and my craptastic craptop crapped out and froze. Now i have neither paper and have been up all night trying to redo them start to finish. This would have never happened if they would let us handwrite our papers! Fuck Technology!!

That and I have a really bed fever right now. I love redoing papers with a fever that doesn't even let me think properly. SWEET! Here I come F-- (that's a double minus)

Thanks James! I'm used to doing muted spinning clips and actually did the muted double spin clip on acident due to habit

I've been thinking about hair from a biological standpoint. Why do people from cold countries (i.e. switzerland) have thin hair and people from hot countries (i.e. africa) have thick coarse hair. you'd think the people in the cold would get thick hair for warmth and those living in the hot would have thin hair for body cooling/warming purposes.

what do you think?

Maybe the thick hair is for dust?

I have no idea, that's a good question.

I've got a bad attitude about amost everything these days, especially nutrition, but especially school. What's worse is I haven't kicked a serious footbag session in almost a week . Gotta finish some homework, tomorrow is another day.

There's this girl from work that i've been hitting on for over a year and a half. I asked her out on a date for friday night and she said yes. WOO!! Going to a Funk Show that my old roomie's band is putting on. Looking forward to drinking and dancing.

unrelated note: does anyone other than the two kevin's that regularly post find girls in glasses incredibly sexy?

will play footbag today with the MFA.

Just finished a 9 page paper. was super stoked to finally have a little freetime, and then got assigned 3 more papers for next week :? If i wasn't just about done with school, some time off would definitely be considered
