Hey, my name is Casey, and I just recently started playing footbag. I've been playing for a little under two months now in Eugene, Oregon. I usually play with my best friend Aaron Orton, James, Alex, and Eddie. I got officially introduced to the footbag community a couple weekends ago at the "Beaver Family" spot in Veneta, Oregon. I got a chance to play with those listed above, including Red, Kenny Shults, and Jake. Sorry if I forgot someone, and that I don't know your last names.

I just wanted to say whats up, and look forward to seeing you next session.

Hey Casey good to see you on modified! First post and a kenny shultz clip hehe I didn't even see you filming that day. That was definitely a fun session with kenny, although it was really hot and I was wearing black which made it worse.

Had a solo session today after work. Was going to only work osis and dexless today for cardio but ended up getting really bored and did a bunch of torques. After all the osis warmup, torques seemed a lot easier than normal. Bsosed clipper torque too many times to count, and had like 5 torques in a run. Also tried variations like toe torque and toe same torque. I think I bsosed those cant remember but def hit both sides quite a few times in several runs/attempts. Hit osis>torque>rpt x 3 almost had x 4 but wont count a rolly one.
Also hit a bunch of mobius bs and also did pdx torque bs a few times, no bsos on those. All in all I probably hit like 150 torques during the session. That was really fun. I really should throw more torques in my normal runs, its just frustrating when you have a good run going and a torque rolls off your foot. Maybe a few more sessions like that and I won't ever consider that.

Sweet, looks like the account worked for you Casey. I don't know who is up to a session this week but I'm in need of some kicking! Can't kick from 5-8 this week due to work, and 11-2 this weekend for the same reason. Plus Saturday, Hulk and I are going to the Duck game so can't kick then either. Maybe Saturday night we can arrange something???

Oh yeah, I'm now ten lbs heavier then I was at worlds!

I think I will be hitting it in the next few days. I can almost hit it at will on my right, and have been working on my left side clipper, left side butterfly, and left side pixie clipper a lot lately. I squeezed in a few biceps shots for the lady of course. lol

I hit a new move today, but I dont know if it is anything special or what it is called, but it is:

Pixie set with right foot, while its still in the air pixie-pickup with left. What is that called? Would that be like some sort of mirage?

I think what you mean is pixie with one foot, then hit a pickup with the opposite foot? Thats called a pixie pickup, but there may be some fancy name the kids are coming up with these days like pixup or something hehe. If you hit that then props! Thats another 3 add move!!

Excellent session at the tennis courts tonight. Even though we had to adventure through a safari to get there, it is indeed, a good spot. My ankles and shins are starting to wear from all the cardio and stuff lately, so Sunday sounds about right for recovery, if you guys are trying to do a session then.

James, enjoy the session with Nate! Aaron, prepare to watch the duck game! Alex.......I'm coming for you!

Yeah Alex found these awesome tennis court that are super well lit and all you have to do is push a button to keep them that way. This is our new nightime shred spot.

Casey you forgot to post that you hit another datw and your first ducking clipper! Also you hit osis too! Props! Something new every time.

After Casey left, Aaron taught me how to do cross body toes. I hit these new moves after that.

Also footed some crazy moves, because I weight quite a bit for longer runs right now, lol like:

Just got back from corvallis, hung out with nate and had a foosbag session. The session went alright, I didn't have too much energy and my legs felt pretty stiff. Not too many runs were hit, but I hit dyno>torque, dyno>butterfly swirl, vortex>ripwalk>run, and revup>dimwalk bsos. That was more or less it as far as unusual stuff for me. Nate hit a nice flurry, rev swirl>gyro whirl, rev swirl>mobius, and spinning whirl>ripwalk. He probably had some more stuff too that I forgot. Overall it was a pretty fun session.

The real highlight of the night was shattering the high score of nudy photo hunt at this bar. Also we ate some really awesome pesto pizza at his house.

Hopefully my legs are good to kick tomorrow with the crew.

Had an all member Eugene crew session on the turf field of UofO. I worked on difficult shuffle links and technical stuff, must have been the Richy Bag.

Dyno>butterfly swirl is phatty along with stepping out of vortex. What's this Nudy Photo Hunt all about?

He actually lives in corvallis, but I can't resist calling in cornwallis or cornholis. Nudy photo hunt is basically 2 pictures side by side on a touch screen. One side is the normal picture and one side is the picture with slight alterations. Maybe a piece of hair is out of place or a pattern is slightly different or there is an extra earring. There are 5 differences and you have to press them on the picture (touch screen). It's timed and it gets faster and faster. You get more points for doing each one faster, and you get 3 bail outs to show you one of them. Eventually the differences are too slight to tell, and you really have to ignore looking at the naked chick to see the differences fast. That game is really fun.

I hope everyone from missoula and everywhere else is going to SJFF this year, that tournament is always a blast. It's my favorite mini vacation of the year!

Hope your ankle is feeling better. Whirls can do that. The first move I rolled my ankle badly on was a paradox whirl, I was out for two weeks.

When are we all getting together again? I haven't played since monday, trying to rest my back, been lifting hard though.

Session today at Sat. Market was me, James, and Alex. The other ones were busy.

James was more consistent today then I think I have ever seen him. Just, long runs with all his stuff, he just needs to hit the move I ask at the end of those thirty contacts and I'll give him props.
But really, good stuff, and he almost had smog > dimwalk swirl.

I hit reverse swirling symp. blender to close the session, new six.

Alex is getting better, he needs to stop bailing to tilts.

The saturday market is soooo stinky, but worth the exposure.

Fun day at UofO campus kicking.

James, Casey, Alex, and I showed up.

Casey and Alex both hit 10+ tiltless strings for the first time in their lives. I love seeing them push each other. Alex is hitting a lot of threes and Casey hit Pixie ss Clipper > SS Mirage on request. Sweet.

New stuff/stuff I haven't hit in a while, for me:

It's really fun seeing everyone progress. I can't believe each new guy hit 10+ tiltless. Also Aaron is pretty good at footbag with his bling blangs and gyro stepping and fearless links... but a lot better at eating more food than I have ever seen anyone eat in my entire life. He is over 200lbs now, but honestly looks like he is 250 lbs solid muscle. Aaron and Casey are the bodyguards of our footbag circle.
