footed flip alpine fear a few times today once again..

Understanding flip fairy a bit more, still hard midstring.
Managed fairy legover>fear>fairy legover>fairy drop

finished the day with an average run sealed to motion sickness>handcatch

I've been playing really bad for 2 days in a row.

footed barfly>scorpions tail
footed dimwalk>pdx dlo>rpt
also tried a new drill, pixie ducking clip>diving osis>ducking butter>ducking pdx mirage>rpt .. got 1 move away to hit it, pretty hard tough.

other then that had some flip pdx dlo`s midstring

finished with a huge run with scorpions tail midstring,... scorpions tail is kind of easy now.

assassinx4>long run with scorpions tail

motion sickess and spinning dyno first try many times.

vortex>symp whirl a couple of times

 flail!

a run with 8 contacts torque>infinity and pdx torque on one side.

flip void to finish the session.

I played another 5 hours today.

First hour was good, I was on camera hitting many great runs, until I realised the RECORD was not on :(

I hit some stuff again for camera, but a lot I could'nt manage again.

Then Ianek and Seb arrived, and I was playing like total crap.

Spent my last 20 minutes drilling flip void.

Worked a lot on flip gyro. Flip mob and flip vortex is way easier now.

Almost vortex>vortex flip
almost vortex>vortex>vortex strong

Got a cool combo, vortex>ps whirl

played even without any energy.

ducking pdx mirage>fear bsos

besides that a really bad session, I really need to take a day off.

Tomorrow = no footbag for sure.

vortex>drifter>rpt off the foot on last drifter :(
pixie ducking clip>diving osis>ducking buter>ducking pdx mirage>rpt
a run with vortex out of both osis.
some other stuff, nothing crazy

got a sick 1 and sick3 for comps, nothing crazy there. I really wanted to hit spinning reaper but I kicked my balls so many times I don't want to try it anymore

I corrected a good part of my flip clipper on saturday

since then my left foot arch hurts every morning.

Also since I started doing flip fairys my left knee hurts with some o-i motions. Flip atomic hurts too much to be done, but the rest is pretty much doable.

I have not played for 4 days and it's still around, I'll play today and see whats up.

bullwhip is such an ill trick! I hope to hit it soon myself. You sure do have intense footbagging days. 5 hours? Two 2 hour sessions!? are you going to put up another video soon? I'd like to see your new clipper style.

worked on 2 tricks today, ddd and steping
steps are getting better slowly, I did see some progress today, blur is getting easier.

managed to hit ddd midstring many times
barfly>ddd

reaper is becoming an easy trick

Ianek gave me tons of advices to improve my whirls, did'nt help much, but blenders have seen some progress, hit a pdx blender on 2nd try, did'nt try that for over a year or so.

Hello, I'm not sure if we have met. Can't remember if you were at worlds or not. N e ways, I'm coming to Montreal this weekend and I was hoping to meet/play with some new footbag players. I met Ianek at Wakahakee and Sebastian and Caro at worlds. Anyone around this weekend to shred?????????
