Bad form on clipper
Bad form on clipper
I've been playing footbag for six years now. Just today, I've discovered that I have bad form on one of my clipper stalls. I've had trouble hitting stepping set on the side that I have bad form on. I used to practice stepping set at least fifteen minutes a session for about three weeks and the bad form of my clipper caused my knee injury that I have now. My knees weren't that close together, and my stall was off to the side of my body, and I wasn't in that good of balance. I didn't think that I reached the limit where you need to school a move before reevaluating my technique. Bad technique can mess you up. Also, I never hardly read modified. I hate sitting in front of a computer. I've rather be doing something active. But anyway, this is the third time I've injured my knee. The first time was from a smear, and the last two times was from stepping set. Long story short, read modified, or mess yourself up.
