I'm stoked that I now know how to post pictures on modified. Now I can clog our footblog with random nature shots and pictures that I think are pretty. Here's a picture of some mountains in Idaho that I worked in for a week this summer.

Wow, I'm bored.

I just kicked a talent show with Evan and it was kinda strange. We kicked for the first act after a debate for Missoula city council candidates. Shitty thing was, the lights came in from only one direction and the photographers from the Missoulian used burly flashes on their cameras. I don't think I hit more than 6 contacts.

I also got rooms for the fotbag alliance. Thursday is a busy day, so I only got rooms on the 3rd floor four days out of the remianing nine in the semester. October 25th, November 22nd, 27th, and December 6th are the times. Let's hope it's sunny on all those other days.

I'm still stoked about being the president of something.

Just had our weekly MFA session. Riley was busting lots of long strings and hit spinning whirl for the first time. Jere hit barfly for the first time. that's been a dream of his for quite a while

was pretty frustrated at the beginning of the session but then warmed up. tried new links at the end.

-bsos smoke a few times
-string ending with 4 consecutive clean barflys *new personal best*
-gyro diving butter>pdx torque>string
-pdx torque>spinning ducking mirage>string with maelstrom one side and whirlwind on the other midstring
-symp torque>spinning butter
-tomahawk>bedwetter>string with maelstrom and whirlwind again
-came super close to high plains drifter>marius
-also got clean deep dexes on mullet swirl a few times (I can't even whirling swirl, how is this happening?)

I should probably get ahead of the game, but it's too late for that.

Strange sessions today. I hit all kinds of new tricks.

sole>'round the world sole
flapper>'round the world>flapper *new trick
double 'round the world *new trick
cloud>terrage *new trick

I wonder, could Nick Landes hit douf>'round the world douf?

I just had another dank session in the shred room with Jere. I realized that I don't have many footbag related posts, and too many about life in general. I guess I gotta shred more and write about it to make up for that.

I started hitting new and unusual tricks. Knowing my game, I'll probably forget about them and not incorporate them into my shred.

I hit these tricks:

Diving blender *New trick
Blurry drifter *new trick
Zulu warrior

+Hatchet>Dyno>Tomahawk

Jere hit his second barfly ever and a whirling dragon osis

Dang Riley! wish I would've been there to see it. Mega props on diving blender!

slept for 13 hours last night without waking up and had an intense dream. Aliens in the form of humans were killing off earthlings. I spent a few hours on the run and got cornered in a shed. The alien was about to kill me when I looked down and saw a hammer. I then killed the alien as well as the others and their ruler with the hammer. It was very graphic and brutal. When the aliens were about to die, they turned into these tiny discs that looked a lot like pogs. If you didn't hit the pog with extreme force, the aliens regenerated and came back to life. once again it was very intense and I witnessed some of my friends die :?

Trucker Chops update (sjff6 edition) - currently at one month without shaving. Planning on shaving in the chops on Halloween. I am extremely tempted to shave but must hold strong for sjff. It looks ridiculous.

Today's picture is brought to you by my new shred training program:

My max is about 135 kicks with a net bag, primarily alternating inside kicks! Its pretty darn hard, i concur.

symp torque>spin. butterfly is a nice link. how about symp torque> gyro legover (no plant)?

For Jeremy Mirken
also came damn close to symp torque>mobius

Hit a new trick tonight. Might be 'the'. A potential new record is afterwards, but I know people can shatter it.

lol, i've never hit the regular version of that trick on that side
