Been having some really crappy session recently, I need to take some time off to let a groin injury completely heal it's messing up my flip clipper now. So hopefully some time off will be good. Not too sure what to try when I return, feel free to post any suggestions for drills/tricks.

Didn't play much at all this last week until today.

recently I've been putting a lot of work into my clubs website:
www.footbagclub.com
have a look ;)

Thinking a lot about promoting the sport recently, getting good footbags out to people is really central to the plans. Recently we have

Thursday: got the best hack save of my life, it was totally epic. I wish there was a camera. Also tried some kick set spinning stuff and spinning kicks, heaps of fun. Think I hit a cool new toe spinning trick too.

Had an epic hacky session with the people who got me started in the game. Despite some initial rustiness after a while everyone got warmed up and we played for hours. Seriously high level of circle kicking skill, it was good to be kicking with them again.

also didn't drop a single sidewalk today :D

prizoooops! That's sweet man... good to see your clippers coming along :) Are you doing any exercises to improve the crank? How's the 'taking a break' going? ;)

Well, my crank still sucks, but I'm timing the clipper moves a lot better now so it's less of a problem.

First full on session for a while.
Leon was around at my house and we had a go at some footbag,
We decided to play in socks, Leon was playing really great, he managed to hit 5 2 add tricks in a row :) He also hit a few spinning toe stalls.

I was not too sore for once (my right knee is a bit gg, but it's always gg so that's ok)

Managed to do some double dex moves which was cool. Think I got datw in, datw out, terrage, barrage all bsos in the one run. Finally hit double pickup>double pickup (been trying for about 6 months to hit that). Also hit 12 double pixies first try, second try I got 10. Hit a really good toe set sidewalk, felt awesome.

Also hit pincher set inspinning pincher for the first time in ages. :D

having a really hard time playing recently, my form has disintegrated since my groin injury. I think it's recovered but I'm having a really hard time getting a few tricks back.

very dissatisfied with my shred recently. Last nights sesh was crap, couldn't clipper at all, did manage some cool pincher stuff though. Today was a bit better but still really hard going, broke my ss clipper record, lol random. Also hit a new pincher move and 9x datw in-out.

I just don't get what happened to my form, missing tricks that you would usually hit %100 is not fun at all.....

got some stuff from today's club BBQ on camera, now I need to find a video editing program for linux (kdenlive just crapped out on me)

Had a session with Leon, huge massive level up for both of us. Leon is hitting pixie legovers and pixie illusions now :D

I'm now hitting clipper tricks a lot better, really improved on heaps of my pb's
7 osis
48 mirages
9 flip pixie mirages, 15 on strong.
near pickup > op clipper > rpt, 39 contacts
dimwalk > pdx mirage > rpt, 7 contacts
infinty > whirl > rpt, 7 contacts
ss legover> butterfly > rpt, 14 contacts
magellan > plo > rpt, 15 contacts (pb for shoes :P )
butter> mirage > plo > rpt, 11 contacts

pinchy far mirage > pixie pincher > rpt 8)

Also rev whirling swirl is felling much better
Inside set dlo, bsos, inside set egg in the same run. Inside set symp miraging inside.

I am absolutely certain that due to your efforts Australia now has the most cuddlebags in the whole world. Far more than Canada even!

:D

Thanks so much for supporting our venture and for continuing to support footbag over there!

Cheers!

8O :D

We are making great use of the cuddlebags over here. Melbourne, cuddlebag capital of the world :D

thanks again for making such great quality bags, we really appreciate it.

Recently I've been working very hard on drilling osis, it's definitely getting better. It's been a very tough trick for me to learn. Been spending a lot of time on drills, smashing my old pb's every session. Also been drilling spinning heaps. Only new move recently has been gryo (or is it peaking?) osis.

Went into the city earlier today to get Lavers to Bryan. Had a really good circle kick in the city, also did some shred. Despite coming off having a cold, I managed to play alright. Broke though the 25 guiltless in shoes, also managed to do some long tiltless runs while people were watching.

fixed my DLO form, now they are much lower energy and cleaner. :D

Came home and felt the need for more footbag

Ultra pwnage barefoot session just then!!!! :D

lots of new stuff:
enterrage>enterrage :D
enterrage>flurry

triple atw out-in  (like had time to spare at the end!!!)

sailing ss DLO :D (ultra clean!)
pixie flurry (yay 2nd quad dex, also 2nd attempt)
sailing op mirage
pixie quantum op mirage
pixie eggbeater>plo>rpt
pixie dlo>plo>rpt
fairy ripstein (2nd attempt)
flipside pixie dso>run

oh and an invention:
pinchy op dlo>run

I think enterrage > enterrage is the hardest thing on there. :) Well done.

Hit double in-atw > enterrage > rpt now.
