I just wanted to add this even if not completely fitting.
Mainz Athletics became German Baseball Champions!!!!
Yes, this is great for the Athletics because now they don't have to PAY to go to the european cup (doesn't that sound familiar to another sport we all know and love?) ..I love it how Germans don't give a damn about baseball but still show pride in announcing their winning teams in any sport as long as they are winners
I went to the football game today and Mainz wooped Erzgebirge Aues ass 4:1 ...they announced the Mainz Athletics and let them enter the stadium at half time.
The four gouls didn't happen until after half time!
If those stupid baseball guys can win the German Champions then we atleast have to win this game guys. GO TEAM! OOOLLLEEEEEEEE!!!
