god today was a tough day for video editing!

total length looks like it may have struck to 51 minutes

also i decided this will be a cool video but.. im not gonna make a dvd

im just gonna put it online

i might make some dvds copies by special request if yall like it tho

I'm back from work.

So last night after work I worked on the video for like 6 hours just trippin out effects in this one section........

then I went back and ... something about it just took away from the video

.. i mean let me tell you that i had some sick effects. like martian other dimensional footbag! but I realized that.. it wasnt the right place for it

so i freakin deleted the effects... oh my god

Then I went to bed and barily slept and woke up and did some real work on the video YES! and!! lol

I just made another 125 dollars with only approx 5 dollars spent so hurrah! Bleh... money.

And I work tomorrow at 11:00 am but only 1 shift (I gave away my second shift earlier) and thank god.

Wellzors.. Time to go put effort into that vizeo... later yo

Just worked on the movie. Lol. It seems like that is all I ever type these days. I made progress! Also I found a scene that benifitted from the editing technique I invested 7 hours into last night! Can you say water balloon fight on acid? I can. Anyway I worked on the girls section too, and one I was like damn maybe I shouldnt be having a girls section, and instead intersperce them through the video... but to tell the truth there were a lot of people at worlds that didn't make the video. Like, I had to compress 24 hours of footage into <1 hour of final product. I could have fit everyone in but I would have had to sacrifice the intensity and composition I was striving for. So anyway with the shredita section that I am working on, I don't even have footage of all the female players. I don't have any Kulczyk footage and I only got a random shot that I can't even find of the latin shredita. I don't want to be biassed or anything but I know that I won't be able to please everyone with my video. That's why I'm gonna release it with a disclaimer that it is what it is and I am not trying to be disrespectful to anyone. Also, I'm honestly not trying to hide under some umbrella of artistic license.

I'm glad to be typing all this because it means the movie is ALMOST DONE! I JUST WORK A SUNDAY LUNCH SHIFT THEN I'm off Mon and Tues. There will be FRIED DUMPLINGS and KUNG PAO TOFU !

dude don't worry about showing people playing "not at their best"

If they are pissed about unworthy footage, they should just get better and be more consistent.

Lol I have to temporarily delete my battery 3 library to be able to finish the worlds video. 30 gigs free instantly !!

edit: fuck it I deleted the sampletank 2 and absynth 4 libraries as well ... got it all on data dvd anyway.

60 gigs free now w00t

Just finished it.. gotta watch it with a pen and pad and make sure I didn't miss anything. Then I have ro rerender it if I did then encode and upload... May be out tonight.. or if not then wednessday night (I have a double shift tomorrow)
