Gym Session with Andy.

Noone else showed up - nonetheless we had an awesome session!
Normally we have shred circles, but this time it was just one on one,
drilling, learning, and trying some stuff I wouldn't go for in a circle.

Andy hit his first double dex!! Yay!!


For me, my sets were pretty satisfying today. I hit

12+ guiltless with both stepping and pixie bsos
Spinning Clipper both sides
Ducking Clipper>Spinning Clipper
Sidewalk>Shmoe
Atomsmasher
Came close to reverse Whirling Swirl again


New moves:

Spinning legover
Spinning Butterfly

My progress in the combo mirage legover is good too

stepping ss whirl - perfect form, only Reni could have done better...

a run with pdx whirl, rip, blur, side (bs), dim, park

muted shmoe>beta dimwalk - yes, butterfly can be symposium

exellent form, good attitude, fresh thinking - run lenght willl come
lots of mutes, pushing variety both ways, i.e. tapping full potential
of her trick range and learning new stuff every session

Monday Gym Session with Andy and Max.

Very good Session - my stepping set was really good today.



- loads and loads of stepping muted clippers, both sides, and bsos

- long runs, up to 20+ with very few guilts and one tilt (25?)

- Stepping ss Clipper>Ripwalk>butter>butter>flip stepping ss clipper>but>but>flip ripwalk>... (first try)

- One big run with Stepping muted clipper bsos, blur, stepping legover,
ripwalk, ducking butterfly etc.

- Atomic muted clipper>run

- Pixie muted clipper>stepping muted clipper

- some spinning clippers bs

- Spinning Ducking Clipper

Finally more than 50 Infinities -> 53 yeah and more good stuff I forgot

I'm more like a ghost floating through the forum and people start asking questions (or do they?) if I ever existed and where I am now, etc... but really: I'm back from my disease and my holiday and my foot is getting better by the minute, so I gotta try gotta try! maybe someone is playing on the weekend? maybe: olybad, saturday afternoon?
