there is nothing wrong with selling video, you're just pissed because you're so used to getting free video. this attitude in the footbag community sucks, its great that we get free video often, but it certainly shouldnt be expected or a given. all filmmakers out there could easily say no more free video, so instead of complaining on the occasion that someone charges for a video, for whatever reason, just be grateful you dont have to buy EVERY video you watch.

hey jorden, good idea for a fundraiser, i also see nothing wrong with it being here in the videos section, if you print dvds of this and bring it to a tourney, i bet youll get some more takers, myself included.

EDIT: this thread comfortably sits in either videos or for sale, neither is wrong, and its not like the mods are "letting this one slide" just because its jorden

I remember a lot of various people using this section to sell footbag videos and even put footbag video compilation ideas (with regards to putting together dvds to sell) to the community in the past and receiving no complaints about it. So long as it specifies that there is no video in the title (which it does) I'm happy for it to stay here.

I don't agree with that, he stated his point pretty much without being an ass. It's an issue that I'm sure more than one person thought of. I personally don't have a problem with it at all, but I'm not going to jump on someone for voicing a rational opinion.

the only reason i even suggested his being an ass was because he so apologetically said "i dont want to sound like an ass but..." i was just turning his words around on him. making that post in the first place was an assy thing to do.

as for it being an issue that more than one person thought of, people have been selling video in the videos section for as long as ive been on here, and im sure they were well before i joined, he simply should have checked his precedents before jumping on jorden.

everyone is entitled to their opinion but jorden is doing nothing new and though wu has a right to his opinion, if he wanted to voice it or even act on it, he should have started another thread where the issue could be hashed out instead of making a pointless post.

Just watched this after getting back from Cornell, absolutely crazy, you've really pushed your game in all aspects, your juggling has improved immensely and the way you're combining 2 bag foot juggling with siteswaps, as well as your patterns shall we say that are rather reminiscent of a certain 5 time world champion.

Get this if you can, its definitely worth every penny.
