Blurry World footbag game - Shred Session

Post by Lauri »

http://www.blurryworld.com/shredsession/index.htm

Have you guys tried this out?

It's a fun game for a while but because of its small trick selection, it gets boring after a few hours of playing.
I counted that it is possible to hit 29 unique fearless and I've hit 28.
I've also hit 14 nemesis', 79 tombstones and few cool drills like Jani>fog>fusion>blurrier>blurry drifter>spinning whirl>scorpions tail>rpt

Has anybody else played this game? Post what kind of stuff you've hit!

Yeah I'm in the same boat. I found it a while ago and just could never get a handle on the play control. I drop every 90% of the time, can't do a single trick.

Tips on basic play control? It would be fun to actually play it with some level of proficiency.

You have to press the arrows (or arrow keys) as the bag lands on your foot. That's the only tip I have. It's a tough game, but I haven't played it in a couple years.

You're so funny Ken

There are 2 key points to getting started.

1.) You must press the spacebar to start the game. Timing is key here. Puns intended.

When the outline of Kenny Shultz starts his first butterfly (which by the way is the only trick that starts the game) press the arrow keys for the next trick.

2.) You must correctly enter the key strokes for the move you want to perform before the kicker ends his current trick.

This game becomes easier after you get your timing down - which ironically is the same for footbag. Although you can think 10 moves ahead, you can only enter one move at a time.

Patience is key.

BTW - Ken is the current World Champion of Shred Session :D
Go out and shred already.

I think it's pretty impossible to define a world champion of this game, because after playing for like 5 hours, you're able to do anything thats possible.
