Lol that pic is hilarious. I would drink it. But honestly, i usually have a gallon of ice cold water, and i just drink through that during sessions. I usually get halfway to the bottom, end a session, and put it in the fridge. It's all ready for my next session.

I drink water. Every once in awhile I'll sneak in an AMP before a sesh.

Usually no food...if I need to I'll snack on a nature's valley fruit and granola bar. yummm.
