Twill lavers?

Alright here are my Twill lavers. Modded by Richie Abshire. The material there is a mesh like material from a dry fit shirt by Nike. It allows the bag to stay in play and you can feel it. If a fly landed on those spots I would feel it. BUt still holds up well. And these are the places where I stall. Not hard to do this. Some people do it to there Ct 520s. Most people know this method. I say do it.

Just remove the part where you wish to install the mesh. And glue and sew it in.

The only thing i dislike about the mod you and richie did is that the shoes dont look very nice anymore

They are shred shoes not a fashion sense but they still look more interesting than normal lavers and the outsides are still the same and heels.

What's with the patching tape? i find the twill to be super sticky. I gutted mine, and cut out the ankle. One day I was kicking and stepped on my heal, the ankle mod tore all the way to the toe, so I backed it with US lite. The other shoe was looking boring, so I made a hole and backed that with black.

I think twill lavers could work fine because the twill material is really thin and it's cloth, so it sort of develops a good catching surface on it's own. I'm really surprised Tony would go for a dry-fit mod on them because the material is practically identical from a catching point of view.

I don't use twill lavers myself, because I love the clean white canvas material of normal lavers both for bag-viewing aesthetics and for catching. Twill seems distracting to me.
