hey yall!

last saturday, on our way home from footbagging, we were listening to npr (thats all we listen to in the car pretty much). this little segment came on called market place, where you can call in with a money question and this dude answers your question. last week a girl called in asking about student loans. well, i thought "what a perfect opportunity to get free advice". so i called, and left a message. the guy called me today, as a sort of preliminary questionarre. he told me i was the first person to ask about the cost of living. i asked him about saving up to move, the cost of living in chicago, and how much chicago pays for entry level designers. turns out the guy is from chicago! we told him that we have friends up there and plan to visit this christmas. he asked "what do your friends in chicago say?" and i replied "they think my accent is silly". lol. he thought that was funny. so he asked me a few more questions about myself and what we are wanting to do, and told me to expect a call monday around noon! looks like i might be on npr!

i started a footbag for a new member of our club. he ordered it a month ago, but told me he didnt have the money yet so to take my time. well, turns out he quit. oh well though, i guess ill start piling up bags for nyj.

we are on break until monday, but have to work friday. my grandparents should be getting here from arkansas any minute, and its starting to look like my twin wont be able to make it for this holiday. tomorrow, it looks like we have to have 2 thanksgivings! im gonna be so full!!!!!

with school almost over, brian and i are gonna work on footbag. we can footbag at the school, and at the magic shop on yoyo tuesdays. i have a lot to work on. im not expecting to impress anyone at nyj, but itd be nice to have something new. maybe b2b butters?

im really glad we had a short vacation from work/school. its been sweet having a 5day weekend. we never get breaks in school.

its been nice. a few days of rest, a few days of hectic shopping, and a day or two of work thrown in.

i got some sweet stuff because of black friday. we got "coupons" which fizzled like... over 100 dollars worth of merch. me and holly got so many clothes. we needed them too.

i got pants, a new hoody/fleece, socks, shirts, and a longjon shirt. im ready for winter.

holly got a new dc backpack thats huge, like 2 pairs of pants, 6 shirts, and a bunch of other goodies... all from hollys grandparents generosity, and her bro having some "pac bucks".

i learned a new 5a mount. ill make some sort of short video later. its kinda like a mutated double or nothing, but it wont drop into a trapeze (by itself)

finished some graphic design rough drafts, gotta get a creative breif soon....and wear nice clothes for a "run through" interview for Graphic Design.

bought my mom a microwave for xmas. her knob broke on her old one, and now its a fire hazard.

i need to go to the post office tomorrow...

holly will be on npr marketplace sometime tomorrow too! so listen in!

gotta go, we're eating olive garden.

i forgot to say i 5starred each mercenaries level, with every character in RE4. earned that handcannon. (an unlockable magnum that deals one shot kills like no other).

so this weekend was busy, but boring at the same time.

friday: work all day, study/hw all evening. went home around 930pm.

saturday: hollys brother had a play, the diary of anne frank. it was brutal, and pretty good for a highschool production. i never read the book, so it was neat.

then we went to my moms, and gave her an early christmas present. a new MICROWAVE!!!!!. her old one was older than me. and a fire hazard.

after that, i made dinner and drank beer. hamburgers. oh, and we watched retarded tim allen movies... jungle to jungle for the lose.

sunday has been uneventful. no footbag for something like 3 weeks now, and not much yoyoing.

finished a cw, and purchased myself an early christmas present. i earned it from only selling cws.

Image

anti-yo eetsit.

holly is purchasing some yoyos too! she's getting better every day at yoyo. shes getting a black anno 401k and another less known yoyo too.

Image

weve also almost finished saving for our nyj trip, aside from our room partners sharing room costs. ironing out some details about travel and such will come later.

well. im hungry, but its bed time. no matter what, im signing off.

thanks for reading.

man, there is so much more after you beat the game once. im doing a professional run, and keep running out of ammo. gotta knife em.

i also wish HUNK could have his own game. that would be so awesome. hes my favy character.

a few rifle shots to salazars head should take care of him. dont forget to run around, theres like 3 herbs and ammo all around his lair.

the best part of the game is mercenaries, and how fast paced it is. i wish the whole game could be like that. or atleast parts. (kinda like the cabin fight, with luis, but not enough for me, it was too easy.)

wii is def the best console for RE games. (at least in 1st person)

I like you a whole bunch of a lot

You're a bottomless basket of extra crispy French fries covered in awesome sauce

I like you similar to the way pirates and frat boys like booty

Like PBS holds fundraisers
Like the Earth holds the moon and the sun holds the Earth and how they'll constantly spin around each other forever...and even though that metaphor doesn't really make sense with regard to this poem because that would imply that there were three of us (which would also be awesome)
You get the idea
In my book you rock, and I like rocks and just because I spent an hour or so writing this down doesn't mean you have to like me back, but dammit, I would really like that

if you're talking about resident evil umbrella chronicles as the game where you just shoot around and don't move, it's a pretty fun game. Not nearly as much as RE4, though. But a solid shooter and it goes back and does a good job telling the story of all the other games - kind of. Rent 'er.

I didn't even know you had a dog.

Did it just run away? Maybe it'll come back.

That sucks though. :(

this week has been pretty laid back, aside from the studying, and last minute project finishing.

i had to write like 10 poems for creative writing class. i definetly have a style of my own.

i also made some prints...

Image

I'M A UNICORN!

we had a unicorn project for printmaking, and mine was easily the coolest.
sorry for the bad pic. i made lots of prints, so this was like the 1st one, and i kept it. the rest are cool too. mostly blue and green.

i ended up making a 95 on my history of sci thought final. awesome. holly got a 91 i think, which is equally awesome.

now we have one week of 9-5 workdays, and stitch as many footbags until nyj. it will be sweet.

eetsit still not here.

sleeping in today was awesome. i woke up at 9 and stayed in bed until 11.

hmmm. guess im out.

buddy came home

but it looks like he was shot in the leg.... one deep hole, smaller than the diameter of my pinkie.

he might/not have been shot... no way to know. maybe he got stuck with a sharp object.

it was dripping blood when he got home. it was shaved around the wound. maybe someone tried to help him, then dropped him off? he couldnt walk up the steps. he seems alright, so thats good.

anyways, holly and her mom are off to the vets. its near the mall, i think its like 35 mins away.

hes gonna be okay! something really long and sharp stuck him in the leg and fractured his pelvis in a couple places. he needs rest. they gave him a shot for pain and sent us home with some anti-inflamitories and pain pills. we might have to take him in for surgery... but for now he needs rest.
