there once was a time when you were like that, josh. but i guess i dont understand why you would spam the whole forum with a bunch of race titles, when that topic is about gender. i get the point, but it doesnt help the problem. why not spend that time writing a letter to the mods saying why its wrong, rather than just clog up the threads? you're helping him get more attention in the long run. when really he just needs to be banned.

Well the forum rules for the Discussion subforum are such that you're allowed to express any view you like, no matter how offensive, so long as it's part of the discussion.

Switches topic was originally posted in the kicking circle, not hear, where it blatantly broke the rules, and rather than either deleting the topic or banning Switch, which probably seem like better options, they chose to move it to discussion, where the rules clearly state that such offensive sexism is allowable.

On the other hand, annoying spamming is not allowed.

The moderation/user guidelines do say:
- While coarse language is permitted derogatory remarks regarding religion, race, nationality, gender, sexuality and physical/mental disability will not be tolerated. Such remarks will be edited or deleted.

But I dunno what that's about.

Well that's the generic guidelines that all php forums have built into them. Until this year, they never played an impact on what the moderators do. On the other hand, there is a topic called "Rules" at the top of this forum, which openly contradicts those rules. Since the topic is still sticky, I would presume that it still applies.

it just goes to show that you're pathetic. if you had friends, you could go and bitch about bitches to them... but you don't so you chose to bitch about bitches to people who dont care about bitches. to me, you seem more of a bitchy bitch than the bitchiest of bitches i know.

You sound angry. So... by not seeking attention through that topic.. I'm pathetic? So seeking attention through it isn't pathetic? And I have friends, and we all agree that women that bitch in such ways is quite possibly the most stupid thing any of us have ever heard and seen. And it wasn't even me that brought it up, but I most definitely fueled our bitching of bitchers... (that's not even a word.)

And in all honesty, the only reason that topic was posted here, is because i looked at my recent posts here and though... "I haven't posted in a while. What should I post" And wallah, that lovely "bitch-fest" came to mind from the other day. So... deal with it.

Seriously, all you had to do was come in and say, "No one cares." and the topic would be dead by now. But now you're (Plural) bitching and saying I should be banned, and if my claims of women being ignorant bitches that get their way no matter what are true, well, then I'll be banned pretty soon. Though, as someone somewhere already pointed out, I'm not breaking any rules.

He should only be allowed to say it in the appropriate place; which is the discussion forum, and he didn't do that (it was moved by a mod). If there are going to be forum rules, the mods either need to enforce the rules, or change them. It's understandable that people would be angry when somebody writes dribble as offensive as what kicker wrote. Colin says that nobody should be offended because Switch always writes stuff like that, but having a track record for breaking the rules shouldn't mean you're allowed to break the rules.

That doesnt really apply to the discussion forum ..read the sign "READER BEWARE, YOU'RE IN FOR A SCARE! This section is mostly serious non-footbag discussion and it can get ugly."

All Switch Kicker did was put his ugly stuff in the kicking circle. He shouldnt be banned or anything for it. All that needed to be done was move it and the mods did. I don't think it was all that bad. He has a certain view about girls that he hangs out with or has contact with and just vented it out.. He probably should of vented it into the venting thread.

After rereading my post several more times, I still don't see anything that suggests that I called you an "ignorant bitch" in that post, or any of my posts for that matter. Then again, it's all suggestive and we must see it from different perspectives. I don't care to explain my perspective, but just to clarify, there was no intent of calling any specific person an "ignorant bitch" in that post, and I still believe that the post doesn't suggest that I did.
