I assume this is the Polish project we heard about a while back, but i hadnt seen it posted here yet. I also haven't tested it...
Oh yeh you have register with this forum to download it. Its easy.
EDIT: i played the S60 version. It wouldnt resize to fit my screen, so it takes up only a small portion of the screen. Its multilanguage too and includes some info on footbag and history. I found the gameplay a bit confusing and linear but i only played a few minutes.

Or you just simply go to footbag.cz (where has already the link been for a while) and you download normal java (.jar/.jad) file. You can also easily find versions with different screen resolution.... The game itself is pretty easy- I finished it (won the tournament scoring almost 600) in like 20 minutes
