Kick> Whirl> kick (like your online entry) is a 2 add
not saying its bad, just kills its add worth.

okay I'll rember that, so why is butterlfy kick a 3 add move? sorry to be asking questions just wondering.

i'd say kick>whirl>kick is a three, cause the flying component adds a BOD ADD
unless the whirl foot was planted really fast, which would probably make the trick even harder, even if it's a lower ADD value

so lately I haven't been playing footbag at all like the first time I kicked in like 2 and half weeks was last sunday when I went to church with this girl and she wanted me to show her freinds footbag and I haven't played since then. Its kinda weird because I used to kick everyday. so my new goal is is to start playing everyday again. I'm not going to try to learn any new tricks just work on delays and consitency. I feel like I'm misisng something when I'm not playing because I really do enjoy playing footbag. I have seem to misplaced my mr. sandbag so this week when I get paid I'm going to order another one.
