Erik Chan footbags: all sold out again!

Here are some stats:
Filler: Lead shot (size 7), steel shot (size 7), poly pellets
Weight: 55g (open to fluctuation, I guess)
Size: Golf-ball sized, or a touch bigger (about half-to-two-thirds filled)

I'm in for a trade!

Number of bags made = lost count, if I had to guess probably around 45 - 50 somewhere.
Filler = Lead + special mix (only for regular size bags)
How full = 1/2 to a tad more than half, but not much.
Size(s) = Regular (golf ball) and Mini (smaller than a golf ball, not a gigantic difference though)

ill trade about golfball size if not a little smaller filled with lead or steel ur choice(lead smaller and feels better) if made about 30-40 i gues. ill post a pick.

I think it's nice to hear, that you prefer to trade your bags instead of selling them!

From your statement, everybody can see, that you're just doing that for the love of the sport!!!
I think it's much more worth to get a nice bag from a fellow footbagger, than putting 20 bucks on your bank account.

that is if you don't have a moral issue with trading a bag made with your very own fingers and soul for two of mine (you choose two from my 'freestyle' range) made by 3 year old boys stapled to the floor in pakistan with rusty staples and drip fed the blended remains of the children who didn't sew enough bags the day before to meet their quota

Hey Erik!

I would be up for another trade after the New Year if you are.

I have made about 50-100 bags (I don't count, but I guess I could back track), I fill about half way, and am very confident in my bags.

Your bags are great, the one I have is awesome. What number was that one? I think you called it the bumble bee bag.

But if you have too many trades and eventual sales after the end of the year, maybe we could wait until Hackrifice 10.

Let me know and keep up the excellent work!

No, that's cool.
I think the one I gave you was #024, 'cause I finished it right after that turquoise and purple one the day you flew in. Yeah, I'd love to trade again -- this one will be better!

Also, anyone who's PMed me in the past asking to trade, I've forgotten who you are if you're not on the list in my first post, so please contact me again.

I'll prolly start ahead of schedule, actually (as long as I am pain-free), and be ready after the weekend to start stitching. Yay! I guess I'll contact people individually as I start working on their bags.

I think I will stop taking trades for now, and take a break once I am caught up. I will post again when I open up shop again.
There's still one bag for sale in my other thread.

And I will still contact people as I'm ready to send out trades.
I have 4 bags left to make for sales (just finished my first of these), and one more potentially, and then I will start on stitching the trades, around schedule of when I said it would be in a few posts back (about a week and a half-ish from now.)

(Oh, also, if you're someone who has already PMed me about trades before I even created this thread, then you can still post and I'll add you to my list. It's just, like I said in a previous post, that I've forgotten who some are.)

Well, just thought I'd update. I've finally got some bags to trade out.
These are going out to the first people my trading list. The top left two were sold to Julian Zentner, the top-right-most is going to Johnny Suderman, bottom left to Josh Munsterman, and bottom right to Lotus.

My wrist started acting up again, but I will hopefully continue to stitch slowly. Eric Weber and Kyle Hewitt are on deck.

hey Eric,

beautiful looking bags! I got to play with one of yours at the Shred for Savvy event, I think it was Ken's, great bag! I have pictures of my olders bags in my blog, but my stitching has changed since then and I feel confident enough in them to trade.

so, interested in trading sometime? I fill with lead shot, about the size of a golf ball and 55g is usually the lightest. let me know

I just wanted to chime in that Erik made me a bag which I thought was excellent, and was my main shred bag for the first 3 months of this year. I hit my best routine ever with it.

i wanna be on that list. i made about 80 - 90 bags so far

i dont have scale but they are normally half filled with steel shots and weight about 55 - 60g. low gather (change from all the other stitchers who put high gather). look in my sigs to se some pics

I want to pipe in! For what it's worth, I really enjoyed my Erik Chan bag. I think it's a great bag to add to anyone's arsenal of bags. It's always good to have a variety of bags for different needs and occasions anyway. These bags are good for shred.
