Japan Footbag Championships 2007

The 2007 Japan Footbag Championships were held in Tokyo on the 23rd and 24th of November. On day one we had the qualifying rounds, and the finals were held on day two. The finals were held in a very nice hall, complete with a lighted stage and a good sound system. This was the first time that a footbag event in Japan has been held in such a venue.

Overall, the level of play was much higher than previous years. Many players hit their combos for the Big 3 competition, and the routines were generally much better planned and executed.

Dan Ednie gave a workshop on day one and performed a great routine demonstration on day two.
