I'm not sure if I am coming or not, yet, but if I am, is anyone willing to let me join their room? I'd like to know I had a possible spot before I bought plane tickets and junk. I'd rather be in a less crazy room, because of my anxiety, but whatever could do.

We're speeding up on preparations for the event, and the next 2 weeks should iron out a lot of things.

I'll be starting a list on the first post about lodging and getting all the other info up there (soon as I'm semi out of town). I'm thinking anyone with a room with open space that wants more people can be up there with how many spots they have open. One central spot.

YEAH! I just confirmed our night shred spot. It was on the top of my things to do list. After yo mama. (<-unprofessional) Now we'll be able to do combo generator and a bunch of other stuff.

And I got it for FREE! Not the initial $500 min they were asking. It is the same space we'll be using during the day, but they will provide security to watch over us, and keep the lights on for us.

The only stipulation is that we move into and out of it as a team. So for evening shred we have to meet up at a certain time and go in - if ur late you can't get in.

We technically have the space from 10-10 now instead of 10-4. I'm thinking we'll adjourn for dinner @ 4 when everyone else leaves then meet at the entrance at like 7 and have the space from 7-10.

Hotel
The suites are still sold out. Anyone with a room with available crash space, let me know and I can post a list in the first post.
Need crash space? Start posting.

1 room with 2 double beds = 4 people on beds, 1 person between beds, 2 people on far end of second bed.

Rooms are 86 bones - say you have 2 people, and mention "Holiday Sports Festival" for the discount.
