yesterday while i was playing i noticed that my left leg is substantially stronger than my right leg. i try to play them evenly, but when i am with other people, i like to do what i can do best as opposed to working my weak side.
does anyone know any strengthening exercises that isolates one leg so i can make the strength in my legs at bit more even?

What part of the leg is weaker?

hey mamadukes,
say you've got a bad mirage. practice a LOT of flip mirages in a row, then practice LOTS of ss mirages back to back to make sure they're even and that you've got good rhythm. stay on one component for a long time. dedicate a half hour to back to back ss mirage, dedicate a half hour to back to back legovers (downtime).
here's your one word answer:
drill.

If it's your quad, do squats.
I'm a big fan of cross-training (I spend so much time with various cross-training that I don't play footbag more than a few times a week).

You could learn to skate switch. It's better than just lifting weights because it trains our coordination to incorporate your weaker leg for your general balance technique. You'll use your weaker leg more in everyday activities and it'll get stronger more naturally and evenly.
