All of my friends are at a party, but I can't go because I may have contracted mono at the last party I went to, but I won't know for sure until about an hour before New Years.

That was the first thing I did. Believe me. I sound like I'm hell-of complaining, which I suppose I am. But we all need to vent sometimes. Don't we?

I believe there's already a vent thread. But yeah, boredness is a terrible thing. It makes you not want to do things sometimes, which is a pain in the ass. People are like "well learn to play an instrument" and I say "I play two" then they say "well play them" and then I'm like "no it's all the way across the room and I don't really want to play anyways." People always say there's easy solutions for boredom, but it's not so easy when you're actually bored. A big part is lack of motivation. My dad's always like "you know what bored means? BorING. My mother told me that. She was a wonderful person." Then I'm like "yeah shut the hell up" (not out loud though, haha.) Who else wears a pink tie, black shirt and m&m pajama pants to school on more than like 20 occasions? I think I'm a pretty interesting guy, if you ask me. I always have something to say.

What the hell am I talking about?

Hey, bro. I know just how you feel. Especially about the musical instruments thing. I play for between 1 and 3 hours a day (on a rare occasion four), so when I'm not playing my guitar it's probably because my fingers hurt.

1. I find in general though that if you're bored, you're boring.

2. Wearing weirdass shit doesn't make you interesting.

3. Having something to say doesn't necessarily mean you're interesting.

I'm not saying you're not interesting, I've never met you. It just seems that you say you're interesting for reasons that don't necessarily make a person interesting.
