Beginner Strings for Beginners???

Post by Andromidas »

Hi, I am wondering what strings a beginner (like me) should try to put together after learning basic kicks and toe stalls.

Basically, what are some common strings I can kick and feel like I'm doing some freestyle footbag without hand catching after every move.

Toe>Opp Toe>Clip? (and such?)

Thanks in advance

There's this sweet guide that this one guy made on this website. There's a link right on the main page. This guy is so cool!

just try to put all the tricks you can do into a string. then look at that string and figure out how to mix the tricks you used with your flip sidded tricks so you can have both sides of a trick in one string.

you might also want to start a challenge thread.

have fun!

He's right!

Probably the most important guy in footbag. At least.

As it been said just string your moves together, try to hit every moves out of every moves. Concentrate on good form, landing well and controlling the bag slowly and well.

ask peter and doug to show you some both-sided drills that will work for your level. They probably know what you can do, and what will help you build your game.
