Back on topic here is what i have to say. The world has people that are kind and friendly and nice and then the world has evil, sick, disrespectful people.
Unfortunately most of the people in the world are the latter, and that is what makes the good people all the more great. The footbag community is an example of the better part. We're all kind and helpful to each other and we, in most cases, receive that kindness in turn later on.
All in all, don't judge people by the few past experiences you've had.
I dont agree with that at all. I believe there are far more kind and friendly people in the world than there are mean people. This is, of course, excluding a lot of teens, because their decisions on how they behave and what not are based on their emotions, not their rational portion of their brain. The evil portion of the world just seems bigger because it sticks out much farther than the friendly people, why is that? Because there's just so many friendly and nice people, that you jsut don't seem to notice it... I think that people tend to think that you're not nice or friendly unless you're more nice or friendly than the average person, and that's not fair at all, just because the average person is usually nice and friendly doesn't mean that the "new nice and friendly" is raised up a level...
I just think we don't really notice the kindness around us each and every day. Honestly, just go around and pay attention for a day or two. See how many people are rude to you, and how many people are nice. If you're in highschool, don't even bother, kids in high school are so fucking rude and mean and selfish.
