Alright, it's been awhile. Not really, but it feels like it. Had a sweet session with Blake, Mike, Conrad (slacker, lol) and new guy Jason(?).

We kicked at Tempe Town Beach, and we got locked into this area that was off limits to civilians. It was kool. The security gaurds were really chill about us being there and kicking.

Blake was doing good. Mike and myself have gotten him working on string length, even if he rpts moves. Always good to get adds on your shoes.

Conrad didn't really shred much because when he got out of his vehicle his leg cramped. And for some reason the pain never subsided from the walk from his apartment to the shred site. Slacker!

Jason(?), the new guy, was finally able to come out. So many schedule conflicts. Ohh well. Very good kicking ability. Bs insides, but I think he only used one of his outside kicks. That's ok really. Mike got him going on toe stalls and I believe he got bs after awhile of trying.

Mike was doing good. He is definately back to his shred self, puns and all! Good long tiltless runs, with some three's thrown here and there. I believe he hit dimwalk bs for the first time in a LONG time. Also got a lot of work on ducking clipper and ducking osis.

I was doing ok. My left leg started to bother about half way through the session, and that pretty much conluded my flip toe tricks. I think I was able to atomic without pain, but that was about it.

Highlights:
A good run with Swifter mid-run, first-try. It was sweet.
Blizzard (flip), and Blur bsos in the same run.
Spinning Pdx Mirage and Gyro Mirage bsos in the same run.
Pdx DLO bsos footed
Spinning Pdx DLO footed
Gyro DLO footed
Flip Marius, had a decent look at it :?

It was a fun night.

Well, had a session last night to get my sick 1 and sick 3 for the online comp. It came out good :D . I haven't kicked since the last time I kicked with the crew. Been busy, and kinda sorta injured. But it's all good. I can still kick!

Highlights;
Downward Spiral, footed a million times 8O
Phasing Osis, long time no hit
Pdx Torque > Symp Torque > run, New fearless link!
Bigwalk > Blurry Drifter, another new fearless link!
Fear > Atomic Pickup > run, kool rewind link
Atomic Pickup > Fear, footed
Flip Ripped again!
Flip Blurry Whirl, again!

That's all I can remember. I need new bags  . All the bags I have, have holes. Ohh well, they were good bags all the way to last session! I need to make me a new Munster Mini, and get 2 new abshires!

Might kick again today. Who know's. If I do, I won't be kicking inside! It get's to damn hot to kick inside my house :?

I had a session on Mon. or was it Tues? Ahh, don't remember! It sucked though. I don't know why, but I couldn't really link anything and I was in an overall bad mood. Maybe because I let the critiques of the online comps get to me, and I was trying to prove to myself that my steps aren't slurry (which they aren't, it was the angle of the camera). I did have one good string, and it had Torque > Rip bsos. But that's all I can remember.

Today's session, I really needed. I talked to Conrad earlier, and he said "Don't worry about what they said! I normally can tell when your steps are slurry or not." And with that made me love footbag a little more than where I was. Cause lately, I've beemn thinking about stopping for awhile and just spending time with my girl. So, if you can see where I'm coming from, I really needed this session!

Highlights;
Near Mirage > (Mirage > Ss Mirage > rpt) > Ss Clip > Near Mirage > Ss Clip > Bubba > (Illusion > Ss Illusion > rpt) > Ss Clip > Bubba > Ss Clip > Side > Infinity > Side > Osis > Infinity > Rip > Rip > Osis > Drifter
Toe Whirl > Swirl > Pdx Mirage, bs
Spin Ducking Clip > Rip > string
Dyno > Gyro Whirl
Pdx Whirl x3, New PB
Phasing Osis > Same toe > Ss Osis > string, 20 contacts easy!
Ducking Clip > Rip > rpt > String
Stepping Op Gyro Toe
Drifter > Rip > Rip > rpt > string with Torque > Rip > rpt footed!
Pdx Torque > Pdx Torque > String, New Combo!
Mirage x5 > Ss Mirage > Mirage x5 > Ss Mirage

I tried DSC a couple of times. Really weird timing on it. Came close to hitting one of them, but I was still too slow on getting the second spin. Hmmm, maybe if Ken makes it down in Dec. I can get some help on them. I tried some other stuff after the Mirage drill, but I don't remember any of them besides for the DSC's.

Had a lil' session today seeing as I wasn't able to get to the Unity kick yesterday. Damn you father!

It was an ok shred. I re-filled my Lesh bag for I can actually have a bag to kick!

Highlight:
Torque > Mobius, FINALLY!!!!! Almost bs too 8O
Symp Whirl > Ps Whirl, Kool link!
Symp Torque > Ps Whirl, very close everytime!
Fairy Ss Whirl > run, haven't hit that in a while
Zooming Same Osis b2b > Zooming style Gyro Mirage, bs, very fun!
Osis > Pdx Whirl bsos

I had some pretty decent runs that were 15+ contacts. Felt really good too. I think I might slowly start to get rid of my Pdx Mirage's and replace them with Blur's. That'll take awhile to get use too, but it'd help to replace BOP's in my game!

Till I kick again, PEACE!

Blender > Swirl bs
Tapdown > Swirl bs
Leg > Swirl bs
Rip > Swirl bs
Side > Swirl bs
Fairy Beater > Swirl
Park Ave. > Swirl
Zooming Same Osis > Swirl bs

Little shred today. Nothing too special. For some reason it's like a BILLION degrees in my house with all the windows open! Damn!

Highlights;
Gyro Swirl, non symple, much easier!
Toe Whirl > Ripwalk bsos with Whirl > Ripwalk > rpt in the sealing run!
Drifter > Whirl > rpt, first time I do believe!
10 or more Blurry Clips, lost track and almost killed myself doing them
Fear > Tap > Fairy Beater > run
Fairy Same Mirage > Atom > Park Av.......Drop, so close!
Illusion > Ss Illusion > rpt > Mirage > Ss Mirage > rpt > Same Clip > Near Mirage > Op Clip > Bubba > Same Clip > Near Mirage > Op Clip > Bubba, For my warm-up run
Osis > Torque bsos
Symp Torque > Ps Whirl, footed
Motion > Ps Whirl, footed
Pdx Blender > Ps Whirl, not even close  bad set off of the Blender

That's all for 25-30 min's of shred. Later Footyland!

First day of Anz's training program! So far, it's kicked my ass!

7 Challenges;
1st, 10 min's long, thought it was going to be easy boy was I wrong! Ab Killer
2nd, 5 min's, just like I thought
3rd, 25 min's, TOTAL ASS KICKER!!!!!@!
4th, 4 min's, My best set and trick :D
5th, 1st half = 10 min's, 2nd half = will take infinity

6th and 7th incomplete, heat exhaustion (go figure, it's only 60 out) and an irritable stomach :(

Ohh well, maybe next time I'll be able to get through it. But for now, it's time to rest!

2nd training session, and already seeing results! *insert head banging emoticon*

1st, 20 min's, first time through, pretty annoying too :x
2nd, 8 min's, way easier than last time!
3rd, 5 min's, a little slower than last time
4th, 25 min's, again, what a pain, this one is just as annoying as the the first one, if not more :x
5th, 10 min's, not bad for how many drops during it :?
6th, 6 min's, my flip was giving my a hard time today!
7th, 1st half = forever!, 2nd half = 10 min's, again! This one is going to be a pain seeing as my flip side never wants to work, the same thing goes for challenge 1 and 4 today!

Had a real session today, not a training session. It felt GREAT!

My runs were ok, actually they were bleh! I haven't really shredded like this in forever! But it felt really good to just have fun, and try shit! Also, the whole session was on camera!

Highlight's;
Normal warm-up, Mirage > Ss Mirage > rpt > Illusion > Ss Illusion > rpt
Toe Whirl, Ripwalk, Pdx Mirage all bsos in a 15+ contact run
Gyro Swirl > Ripwalk > Ss Butter > Far Symple Swirl > Osis > Far Symple Swirl > Ripwalk > Ripwalk > to some more stuff
Gyro Rev Swirl, new, took a couple of tries, will get it to ripwalk soon
Far Symple Rev Swirl, new, first try, fairly symple (lol)

The rest is on tape, so you'll have to wait for the Christmas vid to see!

I'm gonna scrap what I have done and start new. It wasn't really turning out the way I would've liked it too, so maybe I can get it to do that this time around. Ohh well.

Here's a little picture treat for my loyal blog reader's.

Next friday kick?

Did you stitch those bags?

See you soon! Have a good weekend!

I had trouble seeing your video, because it's hard to focus my eyes when I'm moshing to that song.
